I recently had the pleasure of working with Riva Events and I could not be more thrilled with the experience. From our first meeting, they listened attentively to our vision, offered creative ideas that perfectly reflected our style, and managed every detail with meticulous professionalism. Their calm, organized approach turned what can be a stressful process into a truly enjoyable journey, and they always responded promptly to any questions or changes. Thanks to their expertise, the day ran smoothly, and we were able to relax and celebrate knowing everything was flawlessly taken care of. I highly recommend Riva Events to anyone looking for a dedicated, detail‑oriented planner who will bring their dream wedding to life.

Swindling innocent people by changing the company name thinking they can get away with conning people out of a lot of money, in this case £5200.

Please avoid Joe James and Sean, do not hand over any money to them. You will never see any tickets nor will you receive your money back.

I went to a recent Liverpool match after being provided tickets by Riva. Having dealt with Sean, the process could not have been more straightforward. Sean was very supportive, provided very quick and clear responses to all my queries and provided all the necessary information to make my trip as smooth as possible. The experience at the match was like nothing I’d done before and I’m very thankful to Sean and the team for their support in making it happen. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting quality customer service and care.

Went to see AC/DC in Wembley with premium seating,no queuing to get in,or at the bar or toilets ,excellent view .,brilliant communication between joe and myself ,any query’s were answered straight away ,very good service and would definitely use you guys in the future for events .thank you

Great night at Elland Road for Leeds v Middlesborough. Shame about the quality of football but some things can't be helped!

Centenary Pavilion package was a great experience and slightly less formal than some of the options in the main stand. Very good value though and good food and plenty of drink! Nice option being able to go back after the match to let the traffic calm. Will be doing it again for sure.

Got tickets to Aston Villa V Arsenal hospitality over the weekend, amazing experience, very good communication and fast replies to my many questions from Sean. Will definitely use again. Thanks for a very good, easy experience!

Got 2 tickets for PINK'S summer carnival tour at Tottenham Stadium through Riva Events, no issues at all,highly recommend.

Fabulous opportunity to experience events you would never be able to afford lots of choices cars,holidays,tec,concerts etc. Very organised company .

This was a great package - Pink at Tottenham Hotspur stadium in the Premium seating area. We got in really quickly with no queuing, were greeted warmly and provided with light refreshments with a good choice. The staff were great ...the seats were a fantastic view and Pink was totally phenomenal. A fantastic experience all round - thank you!

Joe is an absolute delight. Genuinely a really nice person and incredibly easy to talk to.
I can not express how much I appreciate his time and dedication to his job! Really class service

We attended Pink’s Concert at Tottenham Hotspur Ground had a fabulous time enhanced by the meal that was included in the premier package arranged and the comfort of being in the premier area for the concert Fabulous service from Riva Concierge, very speedy response for request of tickets, and my short query and good value .. I recommend their services and will be using them again

Superb email comms from Sean at Riva from start to finish. Excellent tickets for the Emirates stadium with hospitality in Club Level. Happy to recommend and we will certainly use Riva again.
