Very efficient company.
This is the first time I've dealt with Robert White for many a long year. I used love going to their shop in my lunchbreak, when I worked in the City.
I was interested in buying a particular manual lens for my Fuji cameras.
Their price was competitive and the website was easy to navigate.
I received the goods extremely quickly and well packaged.
Communication, via email, was first class.
All in all, a great experience.

Very helpful
Very helpful. I had an Arca Swiss clamp fail. It was well over a decade old. I was able to replace it with their assistance. When it arrived two pins, on the underside of the clamp, which weren’t present on the website photo, prevented installation. I rang and returned it. They removed the pins and I took re-deliver only two days later. Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff
