I have been a member of this site since 2007. Used to be a good place to play a good variety of games. They scrambled at the end of 2020 to get rid of all flash games and convert to HTML. This site is total junk now. Games crash, end without warning and fail to load completely. Numerous email complaints get absolutely no results. No refunds, no loyalty compensation and no sincere response to emails. They respond within a day or so but their answers rarely provide results. I will quit my membership and move on. They are a terrible company to do business with.

The new Mahjong Masquerade is a huge disappointment. The characters are much too similar making it very difficult and a strain on the eyes.
Please bring back the old one.

A lot of games are gone and if you want to withdraw money, it never arrives on your PayPal account. Very poor service

Most of the games are gone and partly not their fault as flashplayer been discontinued but they knew this was happening for sometime and should have had more games transferred to HTML. What is worse the HTML games that are left more often thean not are not working

Mahjong Masquerade HTML5 graphics are terrible, they hurt my eyes and as such make the game unplayable.
What a complete disappointment and complete disdain of their customer base.

I have had a Registered account for 10 years since 2008. I ask for a 20.00 transfer back to my Pay Pal account which I have paid over 2000 dollars to Royal games. They locked my account and asked for Drivers License with Picture ID to pay the 20.00 . Meanwhile I have a balance of 52.00 and Locked out of my account.

Then they send me an open ticket , for the request for 20.00.
BS site. Don't waste your time or money.

Un trato seco, nada agradables. Les hice una consulta y me contestaron cortantemente pero para recriminarme que no cumplimenté bien los campos del formulario tuvieron más palabras.

Son una empresa de personalización de dados y material para diseñar y hacer juegos. Les solicité un presupuesto para personalizar dados para mi boda y me contestaron excesivamente bordes sólo porque no había indicado mi apellido en el formulario y no tenía cerrado el diseño. Inaceptable. Jamás trabajaré con gente tan impresentable como ellos.
