What we can say, They have been fantastic, from all departments, only good things, anything bad to say really.
we have been 3 years with this property agency and nobody likes them.
Always behind us from the letting to the property management, helping us in every situation, solving every single problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We just want to take this occasion to say thanks to all of them and recommend anyone looking for a serious and professional Estate Agency in East London to contact them, the best ever.

Royal Docks are the best letting agents used so far in London. Professional, responsive, honest. We rented a property from them for 6 years and never had a problem. Steven Gadd our property manager was always responsible and sorting manners quickly. Highly recommend!

We rented a flat via Royal Docks property services for about 4 years..we received absolutely brilliant and professional service. Our property manager Steven Gadd was really good to work with. Always received prompt response from him and resolved most of the issues very quickly. Everyone we worked with at Royal docks have been very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

We've rented a flat via Royal Docks for nearly 4 years and I cannot recommend them enough! Especially that my experiences with letting agencies were mostly negative.. It's so refreshing that people at Royal Docks are honest, trustworthy and just lovely. We were very lucky to have Steven Gadd look after us and the flat. He was very helpful, always quick to get back to us and simply a pleasure to deal with! The other person I need to mention is Dave Garrity - such a friendly personality!

Our experience with Royal Docks was for 2 years and it was extremely peaceful. Being new to UK, royal docks folks were so so friendly and helpful in guiding us and also explained everything clearly. There were times where i went to them with a random question irrelevant to the property but they still answered it. Had issues with almost all the appliances during this tenure but they ensured i got the better service. Check in & check out process was so easy, transparent that you can blindly sign. Folks like Steven Gadd, Mike Fisher are exceptional, polite and friendly in taking your questions and responding to your calls. Would totally recommend Royal Docks to anyone. Great job folks.. thank you very much!!

I strongly recommend this agency. Experienced staff, they always act immediately to solve any issues, with intention to help their customers. If all agencies out there were acting with the same attitude then Londoners life would be much easier with less stress...

One of the best estate agents I've dealt with which has made renting life smooth. Quick turnaround time for any flat management issues. Steven Gadd has been very good with management issues and Dave Garrity for helping us with our first home purchase.

Estate agents generally get a bad rep but having rented via Royal Docks for best part of 5 years, I have to say it has surprisingly been a very positive and hassle free experience. In particular, they have been quick to sort any issues or repairs over the years and have made things relatively hassle free - who needs more life admin after all!

Steven Gadd was my Property Manager for over 2 years, he was genuinely honest, professional and really fair.

Overall my experience with Royal Docks started off quite shakey in the first few weeks of moving in but this was resolved immediately after being assigned to my Property Manager Steven - it was after this that a good working relationship was established with the rest of the team who were all very amazing. Especially Steven who would ALWAYS go that extra mile to find a solution to a problem.

Pleased as much as a flat tenant can be, we were assisted by David at Royaldocks Property and rented our best flat in London so far. The agents is just inside the village which is good for those how looking to settle down in Britannia Village. Not dealt with anyone else in the agents but David is definitely a star,very patient, professional and considerable as well, would largely recommend.
