Rog card services is a rip off! They do not want to replace a card that I already paid for. I lost the card and it was never used due to covid. I already per their request sent my drivers license and my proof of purchase and now all I get is the run around. Do not buy from this place! Do not order cards from this place!

Hello, I ordered a stock wig and its about to be 2 months and I still have not received it. It still shows as processing. This is a stock wig and not a custom wig. I've contacted customer service 5 or 6 times and each time they say as soon as it gets shipped out they will send a notification. One lady told me it would be shipped out labor day and it's in the final stage. I paid $500 and am getting no response anymore. I've purchased wigs from rpgshow several years ago, custom wigs usually take about a month, but like I said this is a stock wig. Honestly, rpgshow has never been a great experience for me so I don't think it's worth the hassle. I just wish I knew other places I could buy human hair wigs at - I would be shopping there instead.

I think I’ve only purchased “One” wig only from the Anthony cuts selection that totally did not come out looking anything like the photo. I was a little upset because I paid a lot of money and got something that looked nothing like the photo. I had to dye it myself and fix it. BUT, besides that ONE order, EVERY other order I have purchased from RPG was absolutely gorgeous! The lace was amazing and looked so natural. I’ve tried other sites before RPG and their lace made me break out. Besides the one order, out of all these past three, four years from ordering from RPG, I’ve loved every unit I’ve received. It’s why I’ve stuck with them for these past couple of years. And the customer service is GREAT! I really think customer service makes such a huge difference. They’re always helpful, good communication and are quick with responding to you. The hair is amazing. I love them!

I purchased a wig in April 2021. I spent 509. Dollars after a coupon only for the wig hair to tangle horrible and lots of matting and shedding. Extremely poor quality hair. I will never purchase from them again, and would advise anyone else not to.

I would like to start by stating that I purchase a 16-inch body wave 99j wig from the RPGShow. It took them forever to ship my wig, Once I received my wig it was not a 99j wig it looked like burnt orange, but it was very close so I overlooked the color mistake. I paid $459 for a wig that I wore 2 weeks when I decided to wash it, and that's when I noticed the lace wig had a bald spot on the top of it. When I put the shampoo in it became so tangled that I could not comb the hair out whatsoever. I contacted the company and they gave me the run around for a good week before they told me that they were not going to give me an exchange or a refund.

I have been purchasing wigs from RPGshow for over 10 years. They are the ONLY company I use. I trust them completely. Their products are authentic and highest quality. The best is the customer service! During the start of COVID in 2020, they reached out to customers to see how they could help. I received a free pack of gloves and face masks that were so hard to come by. They will always be my favorite store to shop!

Loooove this wig, customer service was SUPER helpful especially since I was unsure about which wig to get. I ended up getting the highlights, 16 inch, 200% density. I would say it doesn’t seem to have as many highlights as the picture but the overall highlights and color are still natural looking which I appreciate!

I ordered my wig and it took almost a month to recieve my order. I contacted them to cancel my order and they stated they would take 10% for a handeling fee. Adding to that the wig did not look like the image in the picuture and it looked shorter than what I ordered. The service is poor and I will not be ordering from them ever again!

Really the best hair of any wig company.

I always bought full lace wigs (Cap A). Now you can not buy a full lace cap a. You have to order it custom and pay and extra £150... I mean seriously. This is a pandemic, we are facing world economic meltdown and they have rather than tried to reduce the prices to keep thier customers they have decided to completely sell out and raise prices. Makes no business sense. Surely a 25 x 30 cm piece of swiss lace doesn't such a hike in the price.

PS. You can just see (obvious) that they have written some of their own good reviews themselves here 'like just give them a try'.

I have been with RPGSHOW for about 8 years. It seems like within the past year the wig prices have went up over $150 for a unit. I’m not sure why. The quality of wigs are the same and they haven’t gotten any better but the prices are ridiculous. I’m going to find another wig company. It’s sad cause I really liked this company. Oh and the hair sheds like crazy.

I love RPGshow. I’ve ordered about 4 or 5 wigs over the years and I’ve been consistently impressed. They are responsive and only once did I get a wig that was somewhat subpar. I didn’t like the color and all I did was recolor/tone it, add some tracks and it was fine.

Fast respond...literally didnt even take a minute to get the item.

Christine was awesome service and knowledgeable staff ready to help you. And RPG very nice place, people are great. Staff always willing to help to the renter like us.

I ordered a ponytail from this company in blonde. I have never ordered such raggedy hair a day in my life. I need to know if they are the same company as My first wig. If so, I am regretting and I have not received my headbang wigs. Dang what a mess! Please avoid at all cost.

I have purchased 6 wigs from RPGSHOW and never had a problem so when I read those reviews where customer complain about there wigs and wonder if your purchase was from the same company. All my wigs are quality and natural and very realistic don’t get me wrong they cost a lot put I also believe you pay for what you get

I've been buying from RPGshow for 8 years and to me they are the best on the market. Not only for the quality of the hair and units + the huge choice of styles they offer, but also for their UNIQUE CUSTOMER SERVICE which I have found nowhere matched.

Anyone who has had contact with Tina and her colleagues know that. I'm in France, the company is not next door but it feels to me like a second family. I can guarantee you that if there's anything you are not happy with, the customer service will do all it can to help. I have never had problems and have always had very quick replies to questions about my orders. So for those bad reviews, which do not at all match the reality of the quality of service, they are either from bad faith customers (come on, we all know some people who no matter what you do will never be happy as they want the product and the money back and come up with fake reasons to have both...) OR they are simply competitors who are on a mission to sabotage the work a long-standing company made of sincere professionals who care.

The truth is that RPGShow was there before wigs became fashionable. That company saved my life and allowed me to hide my hair loss for years, which could no longer be hidden in my thirties. Nobody has ever been able to detect that I was wearing a wig. Today everyone else is trying to match the level of this company which is way ahead and has become an expert at what they do because they have mixed great colours and hairstyles and work with amazing hairdressers. They have helped make hair loss a non-issue. For that, they will have my GRATITUDE forever. It is priceless. Now even if my hair has since grown back, I am so in love with my units that there's no way I go back to wearing my natural hair!! Long live RPGShow!! You'll find cheaper units elsewhere but you'll never find that level of commitment and care which goes way beyond the professional level. You feel you have real people behind the screens and you're not just another number.

And I just LOVE Tina, I have never seen anyone match her level of care and customer service. I would love to meet her one day as it's obvious she has the kindest heart ever.

Please dear reviewers, give the company a chance. I promise you you will not be disappointed. Don't rely on a couple of bad reviews to determine your choice for you. Just write to the customer service team and ask your questions, they'll be there for you and not just before you order. Give it a try and trust your own judgement.

Hair is good quality but they were not able to deliver custom color as shown on website.

I've been a loyal customer of RPG for around 7-8 years now and have NEVER, EVER received a product that did not meet or surpass my expectations. Their units are durable, natural, authentic, and made with such care that I can't imagine shopping with another vendor. I have had custom units, I have had their stock units "customized" to suit my wants and never once have they disappointed me. I am a marketing professional and social butterfly - I guarantee you that 99% of the people I encounter do NOT know I am even wearing a wig. Most of my friends don't know that I've had to wear wigs as a result of the damage done to my hair/scalp from years of weaves and improperly installed braids. I've recommended RPG to so many of my friends and family, none of them has had an issue. I've worked with Tina in Customer Service over the years and hate the thought of her, her company and her team being defamed by fake bad reviews! When the pandemic struck she sent me a little care package of PPE/hand sanitizer - not one of any of my other vendors has ever done anything so kind!! I see the negative reviews here and wonder if these are just scammers or bots or malicious attacks - if they were indeed true, then I'd call it a fluke, reach out to customer service and try again - because this company is at the very top of my list of favorite vendors! Keep up the great work RPG - you ROCK!!

I have bought two wigs from this site and love how they look! These wigs look very natural and are very durable. I have Alopecia and wear the wig every day and these wigs last a very long time. I love this site and the people who work for RPGSHOW. Penny was very patient, understanding, and helpful throughout my wig buying process. I will always recommend this site to people looking for wigs because not only are they trendy wigs, but they are also natural looking.
