I would just like to reflect on my experience with Rapid Response LLC; Mr. Ken Tucker.
You provided excellent service. You and your contractors were prompt, diligent and polite. The task was completed in less than 2 days. We are so pleased. Thank you for your kindness, commitment and total completion of our project.

Paint peeled off the ceiling and trim. Repairs included paint on every surface in the bathroom. Took 2 hours for us to remove paint from black fixtures, toilet, counters air vents and literally every surface in the bathroom.

Worst company I ever had the misfortune to deal with, avoid at all costs.

If I could rate them 0, I would. I recommend everyone to do their due diligence before even thinking of using this company. It took them over 18 months to do a repair on my master bathroom. After a multitude of negligent issues, fired subs and failed permits over the course of time now I have cracked floors, shower walls that are failing, shower doors that have gave way. After a 3rd party inspector, hired by a 3rd party, stating it is workmanship problem, they are denying any course of action to fix their problem. An attorney visit is next.

I am very satisfied with the service from Alan and Josh. After the water pipe incident, they resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Both were approachable, professional, and took the time to answer all my detailed questions. I truly appreciate their dedicated assistance. Highly reliable!

The painter and decorator, Arek, was brilliant. Did an excellent job and left everything nice and tidy. We'd had a leak in the porch and the paint had blistered and come away from the wall. After Arek had worked his magic you would never know anything had happened!

The office staff are sadly not so efficient and have poor communication, both between themselves and with customers.

Absolute rubbish people who have no respect for the public. Nuff said.

Their interactions with members of the public have been unprofessional and, frankly, intimidating. The company’s leadership seems more interested in bullying tactics than respectful service, which says a lot about their values.

If this is how they treat the general public, I can only imagine the challenges faced by their employees and partners. It’s troubling to see a company operate this way, and I’d caution others to think twice before engaging with them. Respect and professionalism should be a given, not an afterthought.

Had condo assessed by Matt and Gilberto due to damage from hurricane Helene. Both were very personable, professional, and took time to answer lengthy questions. Grateful for their help and looking forward to working with them on the restoration of our condo.

THE WALL REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT ALONG WITH A GREAT PAINT JOB FINISH THATS ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I SAY ALL THESE MEN DESERVE RECOGNITION FOR EVERY PART OF THEIR JOBS. FROM THE INSPECTORS TO ALL THAT PLAYED A PART TO MAKE MY HOME A HOME AGAIN. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FROM MYSELF AND MY FAMILY. GREAT AWESOME PROFESSIONAL WORK FROM START TO FINISH. Horrible people will try to steal stuff from you and there boss we'll I don't know how he can run a company with IQ that low

Very bad people they come across as they will throw you in a soon as you question them. Stay away from them. The MD don't understand the law and trys to sound clever 🙄 but only with a shovle.

I recently had Jacob and the Rapid Response Team come out to my apartment for a major repair job, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were true professionals. Jacob was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions.

The team worked quickly and effectively, ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right the first time. My apartment is in much better shape thanks to their hard work.

I highly recommend Jacob and the Rapid Response Team for any repair or maintenance needs. Their expertise and customer service are top-notch!

THIS COMPANY HAS EMPLOYEES THAT ARE OUT TO CHEAT SENIOR CITIZENS

Our experience with this company and their employee Emily Frieg was horrible. They were part of the managed repair program with Citizen's insurance and were contracted to replace our kitchen and living areas due to a flood. We met with her the first time and all she could tell us was her ongoing problems and being stressed out with her work assignments. We decided to do some additional work at our expense with her and Rapid Response and then had to wait almost two months for any estimates for these change orders. First example of her dishonesty was when she called us on a Friday afternoon and said that her crew was ready to tear out our floors on Monday morning. We said wait you haven't even told us how much you are going to charge. Her answer was $5000 and they would be there Monday morning. We had already been quoted $2700 from another company so we of course told her NO! We then met with her flooring contractors and they quoted us $2100 for the same job. After two months when we received the change orders her prices to paint our ceilings was almost $6000. Again we had already been quoted almost half that amount by another contractor. We told her no to the painting at that price and she then told us that they had already started painting and if we did not pay her prices she would halt the entire job even the insurance portion which they had already been paid half for by the insurance company. I was contacted during the repair process once by their "customer service department" who I reluctantly relayed my problems with and was assured that a member of management would contact me and they never did. I also truly believe that my complaints further delayed the completion of this project as it was completed over a month and a half after the promised date.

The Rapid Response Team (Jesus, Carlos, Jacob, Adam and the rest of the staff) did a great job on the mold remediation in our house. They were very quick to respond to our initial request, and were able to get started right away. The whole team was very professional and did a great job with the remediation. They handled everything including arranging the final mold clearance sampling. Since our insurance won't cover the damage, they were very respectful of watching costs and discussing everything with us during the process. I would absolutely use them again!
