I placed an order for flooring in August and have received nothing. There has been zero communication—it is impossible to get a hold of anyone via phone or email.

The only correspondence I've received was an automated email asking me to rate an order I never got! This company is a complete sham.

I have been forced to dispute the charges with my credit card company and am praying I can get my money back. I urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the immense frustration and financial risk.

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with RubberFloorInc, and I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from them.

I ordered four rolls of 3/8” black rubber flooring, advertised as a “fast ship” product with an estimated delivery time of two weeks. That timeline came and went, and I realized I had never received a shipping notification.

I tried reaching out multiple times—filling out their contact form, sending emails, and requesting a customer service callback through their chatbot. No response.

When I finally managed to speak with someone via their online chat during business hours, I was told that my shipping date had been pushed back—not once, but twice. Still, I remained patient.

Then, on the scheduled delivery day, I received a text notification from the courier saying my order was delivered—except it wasn’t. The included delivery photo wasn’t my house; my flooring had been dropped off at the wrong address in a completely different town.

I scrambled to get in touch with RubberFloorInc, contacting them both via phone and their chat system to resolve the mistake. Hours later, the flooring was finally delivered to me.

Fast forward to January, when I finally had time to install the flooring. That’s when I discovered that one of the four rolls was the wrong thickness—1/2” instead of 3/8”. This made it completely useless for my project.

I contacted customer service again and was asked to provide photo proof with measurements, which I did. I was told the photos were sufficient, and I would hear back within 48 hours. A week passed with no response.

After multiple follow-ups, they finally responded:
“The manufacturer is offering a 10% refund for the difference in thickness.”

A 10% refund for a roll that was unusable? That was unacceptable. I requested a full refund for the incorrect roll, plus a partial refund on shipping (since shipping costs were nearly as expensive as the product). No response.

Frustrated, I disputed the charge for the incorrect roll, plus 1/4 of the shipping and tax costs with my credit card company. The dispute was successful.

Then suddenly, RubberFloorInc reached out again.
They claimed they were “still working with the manufacturer” and had “requested a refund for one roll” but insisted that I had to close the credit card dispute before they could process anything.

At this point, I was done playing games. Why was I dealing with a “manufacturer” when I purchased from RubberFloorInc? They acted like they were just a middleman instead of taking responsibility for their own sales. They refused to specify how much they were even refunding me and kept pushing me to close the dispute first. I refused, and they gave up.

Final Verdict: Do not buy from RubberFloorInc. They will waste your time, ignore your messages, ship the wrong product, refuse to take accountability, and only act when forced by a credit card dispute. If you do take the risk, make sure you pay with a credit card that protects you—because you will need it.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS Non-Existent. I cancelled my order bc I am not going to pay this much money for no service. Cannot reach, email, or text anyone there. They have you on hold for a long time only to hang up on you after.

Terrible customer service. Product never arrived due to their error and company says it's too late to cancel the order. I have asked for a refund three times and they have been non-responsive. Chatted with a customer service rep who promised to follow up by e-mail but have been ghosted.

Customer service sucks, no one will pick up the calls and will disconnect you when you add ur number for call back. Placed order and received partial. After 2 weeks of waiting and 12 phone calls told that tiles were unavailable. Placed order of different color and was told will ship out in 2 days, waiting for over a week and many calls /emails found out that nothing has been shipped( It was all a bunch of Bull) and now will ship out soon what ever the heck that is. I have never experienced this poor service and I will never purchase anything. I have lost my current garage floor job because of all this and the customer is demanding full refund. Horrible service.

They shipped product quickly, but one of three items was defective. They are almost unreachable by text, calls, or online inquiries regarding a replacement. Some contact numbers are linked incorrectly on their web page. Inquiries go to a black hole. I left two inquiries on their web page, texted with no reply, and spent hours on hold trying to call over several days. I finally spoke with a CS rep and after emailing photos of the defective product and not hearing an update after one week, I inquired as to status and received an out of office response saying they would not be back until June 28 (7 weeks after she said she was working on my exchange). Today I called to follow up, was left on hold for ages, then randomly a message came on saying that “you’ve reached us outside of business hours” even though it was well within their described business hours. Do not waste your time on this poorly run business. We are going to eat the cost of the product and order from another company. Not worth my time to deal with such an unreliable and seemingly unethical business. It is clear that their business model is seriously flawed.

Worst company to deal with. They'll cancel your orders (because discontinued products) without a call to let you know. Customer service, when you can get them had one girl that was nice. Won't work with you to discount to reorder on something they discontinued. Poor sales and service. They don't give their delivery company drivers information to call you before a delivery, my stuff was left at the end of my driveway, with no notice. You can never get through customer service. Sales is not helpful, gaggle of baboons-all of them! Buy flooring from someone else if you are smart.

I ordered tiles, confirmed color, shipping information, and processed payment. Once payment processed and I received email confirmation, the color of the tiles changed. I ordered gray but now I'm getting purple. I called, text, emailed, and tried the chat option immediately. I could not reach anyone due to unusually high call volume.

This company appeared to a scam. The promo codes don't work and customer service doesn't exist. Beware. I am trying to cancel the order but my order won't pull up on their web page. I got a "whoops error" when trying to access my order. I've filed a complaint with PayPal. I'm going to contact my bank as well. You've been warned.

Ordered over $1,000 worth of gym tiles for my garage. Ordered them without the borders because I wasn't sure how much of my garage I was going to cover at the time. I just reached out to them to order the borders, and they stated they don't sell the borders and don't know of anyone who does. So now I have a bunch of jagged puzzle piece edges lining the entire length of my gym floor. Obviously nobody would want to knowingly order a product that looked that way. Also, there was a slight thickness deviation in some of the tiles, though thankfully I purchased extra. Avoid.

I cancelled my order shortly after placing it because I found the same product significantly cheaper at Tractor Supply.

The merchant forces you to cancel by phone call which is hidden away in the terms and conditions. He does not pickup the phone so it is impossible to cancel. If you let him know you would like to cancel either through the chat bot or email then he will ship your order to secure the 25 percent restocking fee. This also screws you on the shipping fee.

This merchant has crafted a system to scam the customer. Do not buy from any of his businesses unless you like headaches and being robbed.

Spent over $3,000 for very light colored rolled rubber in our exercise room. We spent extra to get a very clean, crisp and unique look to our floor. We had a local flooring contractor install floor professionally. We purchased ALL recommended adhesive products ALL recommended floor sealing products. (For a premium price of course...) Flooring contractor loose laid everything (As they have to in order to get the cuts right before adhering) and everything looked great. After the flooring was installed, there was a discoloration along one side of the roll which couldn't be seen until the floor was fully installed. Therefore, there is about a one foot stripe every 4' feet in my entire floor. After over a month of trying to get a hold of someone, they said that although they admit there was a manufacturer defect in the floor, they don't consider it a manufacturer defect any longer because the floor was already installed. They mentioned that even if I had the floor pulled up, it's too late to return it! They said the floor was now "outside of the warranty criteria". Can't think of ONE other company that doesn't stand behind a faulty product. I guess this is one of the exceptions.

Now I have to spend $2,000 to have the floor removed, $1,500 to have the floor re-surfaced to cover the adhesive residue and then I have to re-purchase the rolled flooring for $3,000 from a different company and then I have to pay someone $2,500 to re-install the new floor. So, I already spent $5,500 to have the floor installed. And now I have to spend an additional $9,000 to have the faulty product removed and have the floor installed. And guess what, it's all out of MY pocket because they will not warranty a product THAT THEY ADMITTED HAD A MANUFACTURER DEFECT!

Order at your own risk and HOPE for quality!

And pretend like there's no warranty. Because there isn't one. Trust me!

Still waiting to hear back from the sales team or customer service after 4 attempts at contact (2 calls, 1 text and one online appointment)z…for them to call me or give me the information on the cost for shipping some expansion tiles I wish to order…. They obviously have a huge hole in their customer service departments training or systems. I suggest extreme caution when using this company.

Placed an order 11/19 that was supposed to ship 11/24-12/8. As of 12/13, it still hasn't shipped. This is for a commercial gym and the installer has us on his books starting tomorrow 12/14 and the job should take up until Christmas. Our new gym opens Jan 1. and we still don't have flooring! I of course can't get anyone on the phone. I was able, conveniently, to get in touch with a sales rep, but he said he couldn't track my order and needed to send me to customer service. No answers, no call backs. I'm hoping maybe I can get an answer through here.

Installation guidelines are pretty specific for the rubber rolls. Looselay, double sided sticky tape, or spread adhesive. There is no mention in installation nor buyers guides which suggest anything different. They have served up a "clip" of what they say is part of a "manual" which says something totally different from their website guides...and they DO NOT provide the link to the full document (its just a screenshot or pic of some random document from...well, who knows where) I provided their own links to them, full documents, full context, and they still will not do the same. We are flooring installers, in the industry since 1994. We are not new to the game and in no way naive regarding the physics of rubber and the policies of suppliers. These suppliers do not back their product. Buyers BEWARE!

Still waiting for a replacement on an order of planks that began back in October They shipped a replacement order that was ALSO damaged beyond use. Then asked for more pictures. I sent pictures 3 times. Now every other day they just send me a satisfaction survey. I still don't have the case of flooring that I paid for. Also if you call their customer service it will just put you on hold for 20 min and then hang up on you.

Do NOT purchase with this company. I've not been able to contact them by phone,email and text. They don't give updates and at this point I'd just like a refund witch is going to probably be a headache so I'll start with my bank but I'm seriously willing to file a claim in court for my $1500. This is a fraudulent business.

I just placed an order and unable to get in touch with anyone regarding the status. They are quick to take the money out your account but can't call/text/email you back to provide information. I didn't even receive the damn product and already having a bad experience. This will be the last time I order from them and I'm about to reverse the charge to get my money back and go somewhere else.

Just bought and installed ~1620 sq ft of rolled rubber flooring. I don’t understand the bad reviews I read. We had zero issues. Delivery was timely (although no warning - we had to keep checking website ourselves), the delivery guy was fantastic and the mats looked pristine and well protected. Zero issues once rolled and installed. Perfect! Love the confetti color as just enough color to not be boring and hides the dirt a bit.

I do not recommend buying flooring from this company. They also go by w w w garageflooringinc dot com. Customer service “DoriRose Olson” was not helpful. I am trying to return my order seeing the tiles don’t stay latched. She disagreed with me and said they do latch. Very comical seeing she’s not here to view the poor quality flooring. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the products. Buyer beware, they do not stand behind the 30 day money back guarantee. It’s all a scam!
