YOU ARE LESS LIKELY TO HEAR AGAIN IF SCAMMER AS NOT EARNING SCAM MONEY.
Scammer more likely to approach you if new member because you will not have realised that so many profiles are fake and used by scammers.
In general, scammers want you to email them, so
(i) Scammer can direct you to another website, and
(ii) Not chat on first (RF) website. This is because
(i) First website can better monitor for scams, and
(ii) Scammer cannot run chatbots on first website, only on website that wishes to scam you. Scammer gets a referral fee (or targets to reach), also hopes regular scam income if become victim, and
(iii) Scammer(s) create many fake profiles, on both the same and different websites. Commication via email allows all victims to be directed to a central scam email address. The victim can then be shared amongst other scammers, and the scammer(s) do not have to login to all the individual fake accounts created, and
(iv) Easier to bulk send email, work chatbots, etc., and
(v) Email can be passed on to affiliates who can further spam you.
Alternative website gets both email and password, date of birth. Many users use same email and password across accounts. Thus scammer can attempt to access other accounts to rob you.
Dating websites do not mind scammers as makes website appear to have many more accounts than really has.
RF has virtual kiss. This aides scammers as they know which accounts they have contacted, and not to contact same again.
RF has blacklist.
This aides scammers as blacklisted accounts will not show up again. I.e. those accounts scammers already contacted, and not worth further pursuing.
RF claims to discourage scammers, but suspect working with some, though not all, scammers via scamming companies.
Some scammer accounts deleted, but this possibly
(i) For show or
(ii) Because scammer is not paying RF to be there, or
(iii) Scammer is taking business away.
Scam victims most likely to write to new accounts. Hence large number of new fake accounts constantly created, leaving dormant accounts that scammers have abandoned. Website likes this too as can claim person has found love, and moved on, when not true at all.
Possibility
(iv) Is that old scam account deleted because no longer monitored by a scammer, scammer does not want victims discouraged from writing to new fake accounts because old scam accounts unlikely be responded to. Scammers do not like having to login to check all their many fake accounts.
High turnover of staff working in scam industry, hence another reason for abandoned accounts. Question is how does RF know which inactive scammer accounts to delete? Other inactive accounts there for countless months.
Reporting scammers with clear evidence is generally ignored by RF, suggesting many scammers are allowed to operate by RF, presumably by way of payment. Maybe the way RF manages to operate, else single company (Anastasia Dating, see below) that advertises on RF must pay huge click fees.
RF may simply exist to redirect members to other paying websites / scammers.
Many accounts inactive at weekend when professional scammers looking after family, spending your money.
They crawl out of woodwork again on Monday.
As an addendum I see that RF is sponsored by Anastasia Date. AD is another major player in the business of scamming people, along with UADreams, etc. Thus that written above makes more sense.
