I bought a car a couple of months ago and recently 2 warning lights came on.
I booked it into my local Cupra garage and in the meantime I rang RW to advise of the situation. They gave me a courtesy car as my car wasn’t booked in for a couple of weeks. We found out what was wrong and they paid for it instantly. Alfie was a great help through what could have been a very stressful situation and made it easy. Rachel Roebuck

Aftersales team no help whatsoever, I am getting letters from dvla saying the the car i traded in 4 months ago is still in my name !

Deceptive service practices and refusal to honor warranty
I bought a Tesla from this garage two months ago, and the experience has been a masterclass in poor after-sales care.
Safety & Maintenance Red Flags:
When I purchased the car, I noted the tyres were only just above the legal limit. Upon getting home, I found chunks missing from the sidewalls. Worse still, the Tesla service menu was flagging that both the tyres and windscreen wipers needed immediate replacement. When I questioned the garage about this, they simply reset the service counters to make the warnings disappear rather than actually replacing the parts. This is a blatant disregard for vehicle safety and honest maintenance.
Mechanical Issues & Warranty:
At collection, I reported a creak in the steering and suspension (a known Tesla issue). It has since worsened. Despite the car being within their warranty period, they are now refusing to cover the repair. A proper PDI should have caught and fixed this before the car was sold, yet they are hiding behind "not covered" excuses to avoid their responsibilities.
Cosmetic Issues:
After a few cleans, several bodywork scratches and imperfections became apparent. It’s clear they were temporarily "touched up" to look good on the day of sale rather than being properly repaired.
Conclusion:
This garage seems more interested in resetting sensors and masking faults than selling roadworthy, quality vehicles. I regret not taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this dealership if you expect honesty and a warranty that actually means something.

Bought our new car today and must say we are very happy with the service we received and the quality of the car we purchased. I would say the process overall was professional and transparent but not personal. No pushy sales which was nice. Gave us the keys, left us to look around and take it for a test drive. Minimal movement in price but to be honest the car was priced fair to start with and was in great condition. Also they offered a very extensive extended warranty for up to 3 years with multiple cost options. Would recommend if you want a good quality car from a honest and professional business.

This second car i have bought from RW cars and honestly cannot fault them, my salesman George was excellent from start to finish, enquired about the car on friday and drove it away on Sunday! Will definitely go back to them in future 5*
