We were with this company for our phone lines when we went into administration. One of the directors set up on his own and started up a brand new contract with them. As a gesture of goodwill he paid the old companies outstanding balance. Everything was perfect for 5 months, then the phones just stopped working. It took a week to get to the bottom of why they weren't working. it turns out a new director had come into Rydal and said to cancel the phone lines of everyone who has been in administration - despite the fact that this company has never been in administration they closed our account with no warning whatsoever, which immediately switched our phones off. We have had to set up new phones from scratch with a new company.

Working with Dipali and Georgina was an absolute pleasure. They were professional at all times and were responsive to the needs of our centre. They took the time to thoroughly understand what we needed and took a solution focussed approach. I would certainly recommended them.

Honest and clear advice, no hard-sell!

Stefan was very knowledgable about what was needed to get my laptop all the required programs and access and I was able to start working promptly. His manner was chatty and helpful and I am always happy when he takes our IT service calls.

Rydal is my company's IT service provider, as such I have been having regular communications with Stefan for the greater part of this year. He is quick to respond, always happy, and eager to help even if its an issue he's never faced before. I can also safely say that Stefan has been able to resolve every single one of my issues. I have complete faith in Stefan's abilities and genuinely enjoy getting to work with him!

Todd was brilliantly patient with me on resolving my Microsoft Admin permissions, emails and other matters.

I have been using desktop or laptop computers since 1982, always with professional IT support. I have throughout had what I would call good support (because I could and did change support when otherwise), sometimes even excellent support. The support I have had from Stefan Tirone now at Rydal, over a range of issues including completely renewing my systems, has been at the very highest level - he is quick, well-informed, strongly client-oriented in his understanding of what is needed, and highly personable. I couldn't ask for - and never expect to get - better support.

Dipali recently helped me switch provider and implement eSim's across this business. The service was amazing and help was on hand to everyone if and when needed. This was a huge project for us, 3 years in the making and it could not have gone better.

Rydal recently helped our company to migrate to a different network, and implement dual sims in our phones. It was a complicated logistical exercise with different scenarios, but Dipali helped it to all run very smoothly with no hiccups. She was very responsive, with good communication throughout.

Great service and help from the Rydal team but in particular Holly who sorted out our new phone contracts and then also Dipali who assisted us thereafter to set it all up. Clear and efficient support, always prompt to answer calls and emails and very pleasant/polite to deal with. We had an issue getting PAC codes from our old provider (which was very frustrating) and Dipali helped sort this snag out for us with ease. Many thanks
