I’ve made an order my first one

I paid with Clearpay/afterpay, now I never received a confirmation email. So I emailed the merchant and asked for order information which they then come back to me with an answer they don’t have my order but I’ve been charged.

I’ve been going back and forward with Clearpay/afterpay to sort this issue out (still not resolved) I’ve been contacting Sabbi and their customer service is shocking

No care in the world for a customer
Don’t bother replying
Very short and unhelpful emails
Going back and forward with them but haven’t heard back anything for a while and I’ve emailed 4 times now. Just feels like a big fat scam at this point very disappointing

Customers bring business, and there is no business with no customers.

The quality dramatically differs between shirts. The return process is a nightmare internationally and they do not provide prepaid or reasonably priced return labels. It was expected to pay over $200 to return items that didn't even cost that much. Customer service was confusing and gave conflicting answers, ultimately leading to no resolution. Essentially said they would provide a prepaid label, then apologized for "confusion", and later on said they sent the email about a prepaid label "in error". Will not be purchasing from this brand again.
