If there were zero stars I would have used that rating. Truly appalling. 20 mins trying to get someone on the phone to be told it would be a further 45 mins before my car was brought to short stay. Meanwhile the couple standing next to me, with 2 small children, had been waiting over and hour and a half to find car was already in short stay whilst someone in the office was telling them it was on the way. I decide to look and my van was indeed in the car park already. when I phoned again to ask where my key was I was told it might be on the tyre!!! Eventually after 2hrs and 15 mins someone walked into the car park and drove my van round and tried to pretend they'd just brought it from the depot! Compare parking.com you should be ashamed that you are allowing these cowboys to sell their so called service on your site.

Horrendous! Waited over an hour for pick up. Scruffy, no ID and unprepared guy just waiting for people to hand keys over in the middle of orange short stay. No communication whatsoever.
Waited 3 hours for return, calls dropping out, hanging up on us. Over 20 calls, Telling us when they did answer the car was on it's way but then no show, waiting in the cold. Eventually spotted our car with the driver in it waiting for his lift back. No communication, no apology nothing. Will never use again. Dont go near them, absolutely awful experience.

Doesn’t even deserve one star, absolutely appalling service. Waiting for 3 hours for my car to be returned, ended up calling the police to retrieve my car. Quick to take your car but not quick to return it. Left with disgusting attitude from the staff, laughing at us down the phone, not answering the phone after calling 50 plus times. Car came back absolutely filthy covered in god knows what. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Like others on this review I should have looked before I booked! Terrible service. Waited around to have the car collected and was given no receipt before the scruffy driver grabbed the keys and left. Upon arrival I was informed that it would be at least and hour and a half wait due to driver strike! Lies! Ended up paying £23 for a cab to collect my own vehicle! Not in a secure location but a derelict place with rough hardcore surface and sandbags! No reply to my emails! Disgusting and will never use again. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade!

We had an early flight this morning but got no response from multiple calls to the provided number. We had to make a swift decision to book the long stay car park at Stansted in order not to miss our flight. I’m sure I will now be spending a lot of grief trying to get my money back. I wish I had read the reviews before booking them.

Absolutely shocking ! Lied about waiting time took over 1 hour. Phone had poor connection. This company should not be on any site for booking . They need to be shut down.
I would also like to add. The phone number you call never connects straight away as if they cancel when the repeat number shows up. When they finally turned up an hour and 40 mins later. I had to call to chase where they were. To be told they had parked my car in a bay and left key on front wheel. Never even greeted me plus it’s a key less entry car, which was not locked and the ignition was still on!!!!’ Unbelievable. No stars should be given!

Be careful booking Meet and Greet at Stansted. Booking is a big mistake.
Saver Meet And Greet is easy to book but only after booking confirmation does it tell you that you have to pay the £13 car park fee yourself on top of their fee adding an additional £26 to the total making the parking quite expensive.
Additionally, the delivery of the car on arrival home took over an hour. Another person, we spoke to, had been waiting over two hours. It would have been far quicker and cheaper using the Stansted long term parking and bus service. Lesson learnt. I definitely would not recommend Saver Meet And Greet at Stansted and would say avoid using them completely.

This is the worst service ever and I would strongly advise anyone considering to use this company to go elsewhere. a 2 1/4 hour wait to get your car back is not acceptable.

Shambolic company. Do not ever use them, they are day light thieves, rude, do not care about custome service at all. You have to ring them about 10-15 times before anyone answers, when they do they hang up when you when you complain about the delay, was told car would be picked up in 10 mins took them over 45 mins. On return took over 1 hour 45 mins to return the car, refused to even apologise. Compare airport carparking should not even have them on their platfom. Once they have you booked they do not care as they have you money already. Rude arrogant. I understand their language, when I rang one of the people was saying just hang up the phone on him he keeps ringing. BEWARE of these scammers they are not providing a service at all. They deserved to be put out of business, and reported to trading standards

Why didn’t i read the reviews! Absolutely terrible company both for meet and greet. kept me waiting both ways over an hour and very hard to get any information from anyone that eventually answered the phone. i incurred extra charges on their parking as they were late. i got back past midnight and was left waiting on my own (woman) 40 minutes and 15 phone calls to try to get some information. Please do not book with these cowboys. Horrible experience

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so poor that I feel obligated to warn others.

This is, without question, one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I genuinely hope no one else has to go through what we experienced.

To begin with, after booking the meet and greet parking, I never received a confirmation email. This made things extremely stressful on the day of travel, as I had to search for contact details just to arrange the vehicle drop-off and collection.

The return experience was completely unacceptable. After a long flight, we were left waiting at the airport for three hours with a young child. Anyone travelling with a child will understand how difficult that is after a tiring journey, with no clear communication or updates.

When we tried contacting the company, the service was appalling. Staff were rude, dismissive, and repeatedly hung up when we asked for updates. We were constantly told “40 minutes” over and over again, which clearly was not true.

After more than two hours, we were told the car battery was dead. This does not add up, as the battery is brand new. When questioned, they vaguely suggested something may have been left on. The lights are automatic, and the car was dropped off and collected in daylight, so this explanation makes very little sense and felt like an excuse to delay further.

When the car was finally returned, there were further concerns. The petrol had dropped by roughly half a tank, and the mileage had clearly increased. In addition, the interior of the car had a strong artificial smell, as though something had been sprayed inside to mask another odour. This is not something you expect when simply trusting a company to park your car, and it raises serious questions about how the vehicle was used.

After this experience, I looked at other reviews and was disappointed to see many similar complaints. I only wish I had read them beforehand, as I would never have booked with this company.

Overall, this was a stressful and frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, unprofessional behaviour, and a complete lack of care for both customers and their vehicles.

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to avoid it entirely.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I called 30 minutes before arrival but waited over 1.5 hours for car collection while being repeatedly told “someone is coming.” Calls were ignored, I had to leave my keys under the tyre, rushed through security, and missed my flight because of the delay. I then had to buy new tickets and spend the night at the airport with my son due to the distress and lack of support. To make matters worse, they later left my car in the car park despite being informed of my updated return time, causing extra charges. This cost me financially and emotionally. Would not recommend.

If I could give minus 10 I would. Rude, can't get through on the phone, waited more than an hour both ways for car to be collected/delivered.

I tried more than 100 times and after that they said 2 hours waiting!!!
After an hour and half they gave back my car, but they left it on the disable bay with the key hide to don’t let me see them!!!

Joke of a company. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival, was told they would be there in 45 mins, chased this on arrival after no one turned up. 1 hour 20 mins after my call someone arrived. You have to pay £13 for the short stay car park and hand the ticket over to the driver.
On return, I called and was told the car would be returned in 55-60 minutes. The booking confirmation says 30 minutes. A lot of unhappy people in the car park in the same situation. Another £13 then charged to exit the car park. Car looked very dirty on return.

Unbelievably poor. Waited over an hour at 01.00am in the morning, then to be told they have misplaced the key and to get a taxi (£150). two days later and being passed around in circles, still no response or action on returning the car to me. Have told them that tomorrow I will report the car stolen to the police as I cannot think of anything else to do. Will have to issue a ccj to get my costs back, please please please avoid this company and also compareparkingdeals.co.uk and travelextradeals.co.uk who are all linked together whilst trying to collectively avoid any responsibility. Shame on the airports for allowing these people to pose as proper service providers, they need to be stamped out

Terrible. I’d give it a zero if I could. Not only did they say it would be a 2 hour wait to get to the airport but they then insisted we meet them at some place where they kept the cars.

They then could not find the car and we were stuck there for over an hour after paying £31 for an uber to the car park.

They then said they couldn’t find the car because someone had already taken it to the airport.

Everything felt dodgy and i am convinced they were taking and using the car and it was never at the airport.

Safe yourself the hassle and do not book.
