I am very sorry to hear that your order experience was disappointing.

I have looked into the delivery situation and this product was being delivered to you directly from the mirror manufacturer. They advised us that it had been despatched and we passed this information onto you in good faith. Following your follow-up e-mail we then discovered that we were misinformed and there had been a delay on despatch. I offer my sincere apologies us passing on incorrect information to you, and for the delays.

In terms of the mirror suitability; the mirror you purchased is advertised by the mirror manufacturer as being a 3-way mirror and is therefore designed to be positioned at a T junction facing the long part of the T. Due to the curvature of the mirror, the left hand side of the mirror should then show one direction, and the right hand side should show the other direction. Obviously with only half of the mirror showing each direction it will be a fairly small image, and therefore some people prefer to purchase two mirrors, one facing in each direction.
Providing that the mirror is still in unused and resalable condition, and that the protective film has not been removed, we will accept the mirror back and can offer alternative mirrors in exchange which may be more suitable to you. We are happy to advise you.

I have just investigated your order and can see that the item ordered was out of stock when your order was placed and this is therefore why you are yet to receive it.

According to our communication records you have been kept up to date on the stock situation and are aware that it is out of stock and when stock is now due in.

Please note that this review request was for our service, not for the product.
I do apologise if you feel that our service has been extremely poor.

Dear Francis
Having looked into your order, I have discovered that this product was despatched directly to you from the manufacturer, Phoenix Safe. I have therefore reported your comments to them and asked whether they could use plain packing in future to disguise the contents.

In terms of the invoice, I assume that this was in fact a delivery note, not an invoice, as for security reasons we do not post invoices with the goods, we e-mail invoices separately to the person whom purchased from us.

Please do accept our apologies that the item you ordered did arrive with the contents so visible. We always take all comments seriously, and we will try and ensure that Phoenix Safe look to improve their packaging in the future.

I apologise that you have received a safe with a scratch on the front and missing paintwork. Having checked your order, I can see that this safe was despatched directly to you from the manufacturer and therefore this should have been picked up in their quality control procedures prior to despatch. I will be reporting this back to them and do apologise on behalf of them for this.

In the meantime, we most certainly do not expect you to keep a safe in this condition, it should be in brand new condition, as advertised. Therefore, if you have not already done so, please contact our office and they can arrange for the safe to be replaced for you.

Once again, please accept our apologies for problems you have experienced.

We are very sorry to hear that the instructions for this safe were hard to follow and that you felt as a result that our service let you down. We always try to improve and this will be investigated further.

Safe instructions are supplied directly by the manufacturer of the safe so we will pass on your comments to them and ask if they can review the instructions to make them easier to follow in the future.
