Safestore - Birmingham Yardley レビュー 

I visited Safestore this weekend as my sister and I needed to arrange an urgent move.

We were unsure how to go about hiring a storage unit, the costs involved, and honestly we were both feeling quite overwhelmed.

Sarah made sure we were completely looked after. She guided us through the forms, showed us the space, and even went the extra mile by giving us time to go home and gather the necessary information.

Excellent service been with the same branch ydly for about 4yrs had units, gave up units, had units again and the process is easy, simple and I don't even have to go into the office because they do electronic. Thank you for your support our current Yardley team, and also thankyou to middleway for a client clearout and the old closed down digbeth team for introducing us to you.

One thing I can say about Safestore (Yardley) is that the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile for you. Yesterday I had the pleasure of having Richard & Michael supporting me with obtaining a bigger unit to the one I originally had. I spoke with Richard over the phone. He was lovely and made the booking process very easy. I even got a larger unit at a more cost effective price. Michael received me with a smile when I arrived & was also super helpful. Well done Safestore, you have first class staff.

Used Safestore Yardley , it was easy and fast to get the information needed . They gave a great quote and excellent service . Jenny couldn’t do enough and made sure everything was done to ensure a smooth and great use of the storage . It’s all very clean and professional , secure ,easy to find and get to , good sized car park and perfect room size for needs .

After some confusion at the start of my contract Jenny and the team at Safestore have been very helpful and made the customer experience a breeze.

The guys at safestore yardley went above and beyond to help me. They printed off a new label for me when I inadvertently printed the wrong one and were super patient.

I have a great review for Safestore in Yardley Birmingham. Jenny the store manager. Was and is a friendly supportive Manager. She was able to look at my long stay cost and worked out a improved cost as i neared the end of my storage needs. She was professional and a lovely representation for the company. Excellent customer service. Great company.

I cant say am ungrateful.
My daughter was moving houses at uni. I had reserved storage because her new house is not available for another week. I thought I'd rather not drive her stuff 100 miles for just a few days. Unfortunately, M6 was slow and packing took longer than expected. And then we first got the storage address wrong so I arrived 3 mins before the 4PM closing time with a car full of stuff. I begged the gentleman but he declined because he had to go. Only option, he said, was taking payment and let me in but he'd have to lock me in. And there is a £75 fine for using the fire exit. I told him he was giving me an impossible offer and that if he'd let me put stuff in I'd be done because I took a bit of time trying to reason with him. In the end I had to re-pack everything and fit it in the car with 2 passengers and drive home. The stuff is all in the shed now. On the flip side, I have saved a few pennies!
