We had lot of luggage traveling…

We had lot of luggage traveling internationally with a stopover in London and a trip to Spain. Safestore was a good option to store all the luggage while locally touring. All other places around Heathrow cost 3-4 times the price for storing several luggages for 8 days. It was easy to find the storage and the front desk folks were very helpful. We did have to buy a lock from them, even though we took ours, the doors required cylindrical locks.
Overall we had good experience and I would recommend this as a great option.

I would rate them four star last month…

I would rate them four star last month but recently I needed another unit for personal use and they made the whole experience really bad. Very disappointed with this behaviour.
