Great Manager
In the beginning I had such a great experience with safestore and the team were amazing at supporting me with what I needed.
Last week I had a few issues with a customer service assistant but the manager Ashley has gone above and beyond to restore my faith in safestore and deal with any issues I had and I can not thank him enough.
If you have any issues I suggest calling the 0800 number as the representative i spoke to Adam was wonderful or asking to speak to the manager directly as his professionalism is exceptional and I couldn't have asked for more.

Telephoned for quote for storage. Found Danny to be very pleasant and helpful.excellent customer service. Arranged provisional date for storage with ease. Would recommend to friends and family

No communication
Stored my belongings from a house move at Leicester Safestore for a year. When we moved my things in (September 2021) the lift lights were not working. Lift was still operational but had to load it with stuff and then meet it at the floor. Moving things out this year, the lift was not working at all. Obviously these kind of issues are unavoidable, but there was no communication to inform us this was the case. Had to carry multiple heavy items down 6 flights of stairs as we had hired a van for the day only which could have been done on a different day if we had known the lift wasn’t working. Disappointed
