Without any valid reason, they (Lily) cancelled my contract on my starting day.

I had read the whole contract carefully before signing it. Lily tried to find a clause in the contract and on the website that would explain her decision from around 3 pm to 6 pm, but she couldn't find one to cite. She just said that Safestore had the right to cancel contracts.

My case was not exceptional, and I met all the requirements. I wanted to store 4 boxes of books, 2 suitcases, 4 boxes of clothes, and a box of kitchenware. Very typical for a person who has recently moved to London.

Can you cite the requirement I needed to meet to complete the booking? Was it anything more than the 6 pages of conditions that were written at the end of the contract and your website?

Improve your services and hire more professional personnel. I hope other customers have a better experience.

Amazing service. Would highly recommend the Camden site. Adam and his team were so responsive, and ensured the whole process was smooth. I’ve been living abroad so had to do the whole process remotely, yet they made it feel so easy.

I regret to have to leave such a poor review for Safestore's Camden branch, but the persistent issues with account management have left me with no choice.

Since signing my contract, I have faced a recurring pattern of billing and contract discrepancies. The latest involved being incorrectly told my fixed-rate period was ending months early. This is not an isolated incident; it's part of a series of errors that I have had to spend hours disputing.

The most frustrating part was a specific incident where a manager acknowledged a pricing error in August, promised to fix it, and then neglected the issue entirely for two months, leaving me in limbo.

While the physical facility is fine, the administrative and customer service side has been profoundly stressful and unreliable. I have had to escalate the matter formally to head office to seek a resolution.

I would caution potential customers to be vigilant about their contract terms and to keep detailed records, as you may need them to correct the company's own operational failures. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this branch and will have to take them to court to ensure my rights are protected.

Contract I signed and agreed to No. 1255160. Later was wrongly sent contract with changed conditions 1259407 which make no sense to sign.

Have used Euston- Charlton Stree safe store for a time now and still very pleased with their facilities. Helpful and professional staff.
