Going that extra mile
I visit Safestore, Bond Street, Southampton a couple of times a week, I always have great, courteous, professional, friendly service but I'd particularly like to praise John, unfortunately I do not know his surname.
John is always approachable, chatty, brightens my day & makes my visits all the better, saving me time as he sorts the deliveries into named piles, which I wouldn't of thought is in his job description, he goes that extra mile, please pass on my greatful thanks, rgds Bill Fleat ( Sharp )

I have been a customer since 2007 and have never been valued in the past, I have had to move this year due to the lack of loyalty and flexibility to long serving customers, management and company policy are the worst I have ever known.

Hi Sonia, we understand price changes can be frustrating. Your contract recently came to an end, and, like most services, your rate was reviewed in line with our pricing policy. Our Lowest Price Guarantee and introductory offers are designed for new customers only and can’t be reapplied under a different name. We always aim to offer fair pricing and offered to help explore more competitive options at alternative locations, however we understand you chose to store elsewhere.
