Great sales team!

The whatsapp sales team were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Way beyond what I expected. Delivery went fine despite my concerns since packages were heavy.

Stair gate assistance and sales

We brought our stairgates from SafeTots and from the outset we had exceptional customer service. Nicola Macdonald was very knowledgeable and swift to ensure we got the right products and offer lots of advice. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for babyproofing services!

Exceptional customer service from Nicola. Exchanged messages on WhatsApp to find the right stair gates for three different spaces in our house all with different requirements. Fantastic advice and attention to detail. Thanks so much!

Really glad to have found safetots

Really glad to have found safetots.

We have twins and needed to quickly get some barriers set up as they started to move. The team at safetots on WhatsApp esp Nicola Macdonald have been super helpful.

On the whole the stuff is so easy to set up but When I had a small challenge getting a part set up I was also grateful to get a helpful Phone call which has enabled me to fix the issue myself.

They had a slight issue with one delivery but immediately rectified it.

Would use again. Thanks.

I was really pleased with the service…

I was really pleased with the service throughout our interactions with this company, we have a slightly unusual layout of stairs that required a more bespoke gate design. Available on WhatsApp, the company were able to advise on options and then even created a basket for me to easily purchase the individual parts. From start to finish they were polite and professional, and it was a joy purchasing our stair gate & barrier from them.
