Disgusting practices and injuries to my skin!

Natural products... my backside. I have allergies and was not asked about these before they were slapping their products on my skin. I was told natural products, so took it as that (hence why I allowed it as I did check as I said I had very sensitive skin). Anything but natural products!

Yesterday evening, I was walking by their New Bond Street store with my daughter. She was given a sample and before we knew it, we were in the store. We had had a good day to this point, something that had been much needed of late. I was offered two free products if I purchased the serum, I said I can't afford it and will have to check with my partner. The assistant then said that he would give a student discount because of my daughter, I bought as I was told natural products and won't harm my skin and it was at a big discount.

Well, the rubbish put on my skin is leading me to have to book a doctor's appointment at very minimum. Not long after leaving, I experienced burning where the products were applied. I had to take Piriton which helped a little bit have been left with redness and some nasty blisters, I have pictured these on a Google review I posted, but can't add pictures here.

I do not live in London but will be taking this further as these products have damaged my skin. I did say I have very sensitive skin and my daughter and I were told it was all natural ingredients. An absolute lie!

Je découvre les avis négatifs trop tard. Comme beaucoup de personnes je me suis faites avoir et je m’en veux car ça puait l’arnaque maintenant que je me refais le scénario dans ma tête.
On vous fait tester un tas de produits, on vous abreuve de paroles bref on ne vous lâche pas ! C’est comme être pris dans un tourbillon. C’est seulement quand je suis sortie et que je suis allée voir les avis sur internet que je me suis rendu compte que tout était fake et que j’avais vécu la même expérience que beaucoup d’autres. 95€ foutu en l’air pour des produits toxiques ! Je suis dégoûtée 🤮
Surtout fuyez !!!

Very aggressive and persistent sales tactics. Stopped by the salesman on Rue Saint Honoré, Paris and told there are no stores in London (there are multiple). Then proceeded to aggressively sell a nail kit supposedly it was at a retail price of €70 which he reduced to €35 as I was a tourist and according to him wouldn’t be coming back here. I bought it just so that I could leave and then felt utterly stupid having fallen for this aggressive technique. Returned the next day with receipt and unopened packaging and thankfully got a full refund.
Overall the experience was horrible and I was definitely pressured into making a purchase. When I googled the company, products and reviews - they’re all the same. Avoid and don’t fall for the sales tactics.

I have put a 3 as he is a very good sales man. So I was walking in Le Marais in Paris. I thought why not. He was nice and driven. What I did not appreciate was that he made out that I had a scar in my throat and he would made it disappear with an infra red device which cost 1000 euros. Afin, I do not have a scar there, just a faint wrinkle and it did not work. The tightening eye cream did work though but it felt like your lower eye lid was pulled down, weird. Nevertheless, I would think that makes like Remescar offer the same effect eye creams for a lot less money. If you go into their premises, do not get fooled. They have good products but the price is far too high,

sales tactics were super agressive, ngl. products were decent, but extremely pricey at the end.

Personnel trop insistant, limite insupportable ! La vendeuse était prête (spécialement pour moi !) à faire 50 % de réduction sur un masque exfolient + une crème pour les mains offerte !!!! Ils sont presque agressifs !

Scam products with aggressive sales tactics, luckily didn't fall for it but the owners should feel ashamed.

J ai mis une étoile cat la crème patchouli pour les mains et le corps sent bon certes mais est très mal notée par Yuka, composée principalement de produits nocifs principalement.
J'ai payé 35€ pour une grosse arnaque de la part d'une vendeuse racoleuse en boutique
rue de Rennes paris 6, sans aucun scrupule qui m'a entourloupée.
La boutique est vide et j'aurais dû m'en douter.

Pressured, rude, overpriced and tried to reduce self confidence in order to get a sale. ‘You are happy looking old?’

Such a traumatic experience after visiting this store in Covent Garden.
They encourage you to come in by offering free sample. When in your encouraged to buy products and prices start off very high prices which seems unrealistic and then reduced to encourage you to buy.
I felt very vulnerable when I got home as the products are not all sakare.
I had my young son with me and he said “ you got scammed” as he heard the same sales pitch outside to other customers
Felt embarrassed he witnessed this.
As this company is in convent garden you expect it is high end cosmetics.
The lady to be fair is just doing her job trying to sell to earn a living but I think those staff are capable of more than this horrible company.
This company has such bad reviews I’m afraid to use the products I’ve paid for.
I would not mind if the products were good but all reviews seem to say they are not. I feel now vulnerable and I have had the worst couple of years and wanted to treat myself but not feel so embarrassed.I was going to go back but got no receipt. I think the consumer ombudsman needs to review this company’s practices.

I feel so taken advantage of. The products were pushed on me and made me break out. Attempted to return the products but it was against their policy. Avoid avoid avoid

Hors de prix . Vente forcée . Un scandale . Pour des produits à priori basiques . On marchande comme si on était au souk , rue d’Antibes à Cannes ! Je m’en veux d’être tombée dans le panneau .. mais je suis «  gentille «  n’ose jamais dire non . J’ai dépensé 105€ pour des produits dont je n’avais pas vraiment besoin .. à fuir

Ok so the sales pitch is scammy, but the mineral peeling I’m really quite impressed with. It removes all the dead skin in a minute and lives your face looking like a baby bum. Im almost 40 and I have rosacea. I did not react to this at all. No other pealing I have ever used before did that. But I’m even more impressed with how it transformed my cracked heals. I have been battling this problem for years and I’n one evening I achieved baby bum heels ready for summer. Wow… I’m not easily impressed, I have PhD in pharmacology and have been working in pharma my entire life, including in aesthetics. I have no idea if the ingredient list is genuine or not, but my feet love it and I’ll be back for more.

Un sentiment étrange de m'être bien faite arnaquer...

On m'accoste gentiment sur le trottoir en m'offrant une échantillon de crème et très rapidement on me presse de rentrer dans la boutique pour découvrir un soin des mains... technique de vente apprise par coeur et efficace puisque on a l'impression de faire une super affaire à 1 poduit acheté 1 offert, la super offre du moment... 70 euros le kit crème pour les mains + huile pour les ongles + polisseur... l'air agréable de la vendeuse me convainc tellement !!!

Après réflexion, en fin de journée, je constate que les produits sont on ne peut plus basiques et leur qualité classique, mais la technique de vente est bien rôdée, on vous annonce des prix promotionnels pour tout.

C'est un système de vente forcée déguisée, une arnaque à la consommation sans en avoir l'air. Bref, j'ai acheté malgré tout en toute connaissance de cause.

Par contre, sous ses airs de gentillesse, la vendeuse m'a dit qu'ils avaient un site internet.... ce soir je le cherche encore !!
Et sur ce point je ne suis pas d'accord, qu'on vende des produits avec une méthode douteuse pour se faire de l'argent, OK, c'est le jeu... mais mentir au consommateur en révèle bcp sur l'entreprise, sans scrupules donc.

Première et dernière fois que j'achète cette marque. Comme bcp manifestement... Comment dénoncer cette entreprise malveillante ?

DO NOT BUY – SCAMMED & EXPOSED TO HARMFUL INGREDIENTS!

We were scammed to buy their peeling Gell, and two salt scrub in Covent Garden London branch, which is different to what we tried in the store, we only noticed it when we reached home and also confirmed with others. This is by far the WORST experience we’ve ever had with a skincare product – and that says a lot. We were completely scammed by this company, and now we're escalating this case to the relevant authorities. They assumed we were tourists because we mentioned our country of origin – BIG mistake. We are locals, and we won’t let this slide.

Not only was the product outrageously overpriced, but after having it tested, we discovered the ingredients are extremely dangerous and of shockingly low quality. What’s advertised is absolutely not what’s in the product. Our skin had immediate allergic reactions, and further inspection revealed that the product contains not safe for all skin application.

It’s clear they prey on people who they think are unfamiliar with local consumer protection laws. Deceptive sales tactics, false labeling, and health risks – this company has crossed every possible line. We’ve already taken steps to report this to health and consumer safety authorities and will make sure this scam is publicly exposed.

Avoid at all costs. This is not just a bad product – it's a health hazard and a scam operation.

I start by saying no one forced me to buy anything. Usual marketing gimmick of a girl at the stand asking me to try the hand scrub and lotion which I tried but didn’t buy. Then the sales girl suggested I try the mineral peel which seemed nice but very expensive. She offered to use her employee discount and immediately waived off 50%… should have been the first flag. Still not bad. However when I got home and used it, the product quality is just poor. Don’t waste your money on it.

Les produits sont nuls et vous abîment la peau. Ceux qui sont notés comme corrects ne contiennent que de l’huile de jojoba et autre sans intérêt. Aucun pouvoir hydratant au delà de 5 minutes. Passez votre chemin et évitez une nouvelle arnaque.

Je mets 4 étoiles pour ne pas en mettre 5, c'est toujours douteux !Je suis entrée dans la boutique, reçue par Denis, très agréable, très bon commerçant. Je connaissais déjà les produits Sakaré que j'avais appréciés. Le contour des yeux est remarquable, les résultats sont instantanés. Le soin des ongles fonctionnent bien. Je recommande
