Une arnaque
Une arnaque !
Un vendeur vous attire dans la boutique avec des échantillons gratuits. Soit. L’embrouille commence ici. Il vous présente un kit pour les ongles et vous les lustre avec une lime spéciale. Il prend une crème pour les mains, dont il me garantit qu’elle est d'excellente composition, la passe sur Yuka et me montre un 100%. Il me vante la marque, me jure qu’ils ne travaillent qu’avec des produits naturels. Je suis très pressée, le vendeur très poussif et je finis par céder en achetant un kit. Une fois chez moi, je repense à cette expérience dans cette boutique et je pressens que qqch cloche. Je sors la crème du kit, je ne sais pourquoi, je rescanne la crème sur Yuka et me rends compte qu’elle est notée 2 sur 100!
Pas moyen de joindre la boutique, je finis par trouver le numéro de qqun qui parle un français extrêmement approximatif et qui ne nie pas que ce qui l’a été vendu est de mauvaise qualité.
J’ai exigé un remboursement. Ces méthodes sont inadmissibles.

Nice shop
Nice people, got a free hand treatment and bought some things. The products overall are really nice and I recommend. Expensive but oh well. Spent all my money on my card but I'd say it was worth it. Go check it out :)

Bonjour j ai ete par hasard dans la bonne rue ! Un jeune roumain me tend un échantillon de la marque Gratiae et me demande si je connais la marque et non alors il m invite à essayer un soin des mains et convaincue par douceur de mes mains après le soin j achète les produits. Il me fait essayer un soin visage sans aucune pression. Un accueil très agréable et des produits qui me conviennent.

I was walking by with my sisters and I was stopped by Manuel who was really sweet and lovely. He gave us a sample and also showed us a nail care kit which we instantly loved and had to purchase. He was really nice and approachable the whole time. Will definitely be coming back.
