Very good shop…
I didn’t know the brand until entering the shop, and it was a wonderful surprise ! I have been welcomed by Alexander, who was very friendly and professional ! Fantastic customer service
Gavin was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the products. I was amazed by the nail buffer and had a lovely hand scrub. All the store staff (Bond Street) were very friendly and helpful and thoroughly recommend visiting them. I will make sure I have more time to look at their products in my next visit.

ARNAQUE ! N’achetez surtout pas cette marque d’une boutique malhonnête et douteuse ! Ils vous vendent un produit de très mauvaise qualité et excessivement cher qui ne valent que quelques misérables euros ! Avec des vendeurs qui vous expliquent comment nettoyer les ongles alors qu’ils ont des ongles degeulasses !
Le Top, ils vous envoient le ticket de caisse par e-mail comme ça vous ne pourrez pas vérifier qu’il y’a pas moyen de retour et remboursement mais seulement un échange ! Pushy scammers
They behave like scammers. They responded quickly to an email but sent me back to the store for a product they didn't have. The fact that they only have a UK number for stores in Paris says everything you need to know. Avoid like the plague.

The staff was polite and funny
The staff was polite and funny, making the visit to the Bond Street shop very enjoyable. The products seem great, but I have been using them for about a week, so I’ll get back on this later.

Unprofessional behaviour
Some guy at westfield stratford working at this shop decided to flirt on my gf, even after she made it clear she has a boyfriend.
The guy kept on going even after she paid... Unless something gets done I am willing to go to this shop and deal with this moron myself.
