Dubble check your Olaplex package.... Wrong proportion of products

Hi Melinda
Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear about the issue with your Olaplex order. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive the wrong item combination.
After you contacted us, we investigated the stock and confirmed the packaging was not as expected in our warehouse, but we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As you mentioned you had already started using the products, we weren’t able to arrange a return, but we offered a goodwill credit as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience.
We’re glad you accepted this resolution, but we absolutely take your feedback on board and will continue to review our packing and stock processes closely. If there’s anything more we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Kind regards,
The Salons Direct Team
