Dear Customer,
We're sorry for the frustration with your delivery and understand how disappointing it is to see your package nearby but not yet delivered.
Your shipment is being transferred from UPS to USPS for final delivery. Unfortunately, the Columbus Day holiday has also affected shipping operations, as carrier closures and adjusted schedules can cause additional delays in processing and transferring packages.
While we don't have control over carrier transit times or the UPS-to-USPS handoff process, we understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions or need assistance with your shipment, please contact us at cs@samedaysupplements.com, and we'll be happy to help.

Customer service is amazing
Customer service is amazing. When I first placed my order I was having issues with getting an error so I accidentally ordered the product multiple times. I emailed them and got a response first thing in the morning (time difference). They took care of everything and refunded my money right away.
Had a delay in getting the product, which was not their fault. Emailed them again and quick response was had. They were working hard to figure out the issue. Long story short I did receive the product the same day.
It's unusual to have anyone respond this quickly and actually care. Thank you to the customer service team. Excellent job
