Service was quick and price was cheaper that everyone else. Can’t complain

Got a Graco 3-in-1 travel set at a great discount. Got told on order that it would be up to 14 days for backorder and it was delivered after 10 days so exactly as expected.

Really happy with product and really fast delivery would happily purchase from again

Fantastic service from the team. Called in-store on a Saturday afternoon for a particular item and the team couldn’t have been more helpful and insightful. Helped load items into car.

I had a surprisingly great experience with Samuel Johnston. I purchased one of their pram bundles, which was good value for money. The bundles included a wide range of items useful for a first time parent to get started. The item also came in less than a week.

Placed an order on 3rd of August, have still yet to receive my order. Have contacted a few times over the order but still waiting for a reply to my email and when I rang was told I would be called back in 10 minutes and that was over a week ago. Won’t be buying again and will more than likely be looking for a refund on my product to buy elsewhere.

Excellent delivery time! Ordered a car seat yesterday morning and it arrived today. Excellent communication of shipping and delivery too. Very happy with their service so far.

I ordered a child seat from Samuel Johnston on 20th July. It was the last item in stock and was supposed to be delivered within 2 days.

I have since sent 4 emails. The first reply was very patronising, telling me "As advised on this product store page the item is currently out of stock". - I did not pre order this item and did not buy it when it was out of stock. I have since received emails saying the item would be available the following week after I have had to chase again.

As of today, 27th August, I have not received the item and have not received a reply from my last email asking where the item was. I requested a refund if they couldn't deliver and this has been ignored.

They have taken my money (£330) and are now ignoring me.

The customer service is appalling - if you want to recieve an item you have paid for, buy from elsewhere.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! The customer service is really good and everyone I spoke to either face to face or on the phone were amazing, helpful and polite! I believe if any issues were to arise it would be dealt with in the best way possible for the customer. The people who work for this company obviously care about their customers in such an important time of life! 5 Stars every time, I will definitely be back for our next purchase!

Great customer service. Found pram online and was not sure on availability and when I would expect delivery. The call was answered promptly and information given on back order and expected date of delivery a few weeks later. Twin pram ect arrived exactly on the estimated time. Perfect service. Thank you.

Very happy with product at excellent price.

Very prompt response and delivery times. I had an issue with one item within my order being damaged and they arranged collection and delivery of a replacement within days of me noticing. Really good value, will definitely be ordering again

Ordered on 25th June, still no update. I have emailed customer service and sent a message on Instagram but no reply. They are active on social media posting stories. Unacceptable. Have no idea how to cancel and get a refund if they are not engaging with me.
