Great communication with Vinnie and


Great communication with Vinnie and speedy process. Really helpful staff and has provided me good guidance as this was my first experience with an agency. So far so good and highly recommended!

Making sense of the small print

There is always someone to consult if the process becomes difficult or confusing; you know that if there are errors, necessary corrections will be explained. Whether by email, text, phone or video link, a 'voice at the other end' is comfortably reassuring. Communication is the key.

The company is very good but it is very difficult to complete compliance documents expecially the online training modules are very difficult to access

Helpful and supportive consultants

Michael B my consultant updated me virtually daily with the current vacancies. and with regard to my cv submissions. When I secured a position, he checked in with me as often as possible to keep me abreast of the situation. Even on my first day, he took the time to wish me well. In relation to meeting compliance I was supported by Archie who went above and beyond to get everything completed to ensure my start date was met.
Thank you both for all your help. Keep up the great work.
