I have great experience with Sand & Associates. I grant easy peace in mind during conversations with estate manager and other people in there. Consumer Proposal applications was explained in detail and easy for me to understand

Needed help ,was nicely assisted through the process, was scared but was encouraged to move on.Highly recommend people who are struggling during this tough times.

I reached out to Kim at Sands & Associates by email back in November after a coworker strongly recommended her. At the time, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Kim replied the very next day and set up a virtual consultation, which immediately made me feel like I wasn’t alone in this anymore.

During the appointment, I explained my situation and she walked me through how a consumer proposal works in a way that was clear and easy to understand. She took her time, explained everything in detail, and when I didn’t fully understand something, she was incredibly patient and went over it again without making me feel rushed or embarrassed.

My coworker was absolutely right to recommend her. From the moment I sent my first email to the time my consumer proposal was accepted by my creditors, the process was much faster than I ever expected. What I thought would be terrifying and stressful turned out to be manageable and even reassuring. I couldn’t be more pleased, and I’m truly grateful to Kim and Sands & Associates for making such a difficult situation feel understandable, respectful, and relieving.

Honestly, my only regret is not coming in sooner.

Like many people in this situation, I was really nervous about filing a Consumer Proposal. I filed back in mid-December and spent the next 45 days worrying about what would happen. The team at Sands & Associates prepared my file so well that it was accepted by my creditors without issue. It’s a huge weight off my shoulders. They are knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and effective. My boyfriend went to this company nearly 3 months ago for a consumer proposal. He has been told he'll get a call back 5 different times, and no one ever calls him back. They have taken all of his debt load info and employment details twice now, and apparently now he's being told he has to write a letter to the judge to explain why he needs consumer proposal. When it's obvious if you look at his income versus his debt!!!! I did my proposal 5 years ago with 4 Pillars and it took less than 6 weeks to have every thing finalized and my payments started monthly. This place is complete joke. Which is probably why all their reviews look fake!

I would recommend Sands & Associates to anyone in a financially difficult situation. The advisors are knowledgeable, and respectful, and offer their counsel without judgement which is particularly important for clients who are perhaps already down on themselves. Their advice is stress relieving and up-lifting. It's been a pleasure and thank you.

They were considerably patient with explaining every step of the process, while I was in a state of panic, wondering if I was going to be homeless without some help.
There was a lot of paperwork I had to send in, and they were helpful in making sure everything was sent in accordingly. I would recommend this company over and over again. They are professional, compassionate, non-judgmental and empathic to my needs.
