I had a ninja delivered and response to my emails was good I missed the post man but got it the next day delivered

Delivery was 2 days over due , but received my ipad well chuffed with my order and I messaged sant solutions they were great straight back to me with reply

I bought an iPad Air (2024) - 11" M2 128 GB for a
very competitive price from SantSolutions on the evening of 12/06/2024.
I received the iPad this morning - 14/06/2024 via
Royal Mail’s guaranteed before 1pm delivery service.
It's brand new, box sealed and exactly as described.
I actually received a phone call from SantSolutions on the evening of the 13/06/2024 to inform me when my item would be delivered and they were spot on.
As far as I'm concerned, I received a first class service from this company.

The product arrived quickly, though it failed during the warranty period. At that point, they no longer responded to emails, and there is no phone number to contact.

It looks like they have been struck off and dissolved in September 2023 (see Companies House company #13644932).

Dont do it... its 100% a scam. Cost me £650 to learn this lesson.

Although it took a while to arrive (10 days), the customer service kept me up to date. When it was late I contacted them; they replied within 24 hours. I have given five stars because of this. Things happen out of our control but when you are informed this helps. The product was a good price, it came in perfect condition and the customer service was excellent. Thank you so much.

Do not use this company was provided a fake tracking number. Also states he getting charges daily and a refund will take 10 working days no sign of refund no sign of cancellation read all the bad reviews they are true items never arrive. Fake tracking number provided.

This company should be banned from trading sells items which he don’t have then takes your hard earned money and can’t pay you back. Complete and utter joke.

ordered a ps5 fifa 24 edition speedy delivery and came a lot sooner then expected only issue i have is they sent the standerd edition and not the fifa 24 i have enailed them and waiting on a reply
Update they got back to me and apologised and sent out the game so excellent service thank you. I was so worried after reading these reviews

I placed an order for a 3 in 1 ninja blender, up till today I have not seen the blender nor received any mail from the company

SCAM SITE, good reviews on here are fake, money is taken then no contact fake company.

WARNING do not use this company. I gave a one star so I could write a review. You purchase and pay for something but you will never see what you bought. Promise after promise, excuse after excuse regarding the tracking number and delivery date. Your purchase will NEVER arrive.

Scammer company - fraudulent. Took money an a month later no product and ignoring communications.

Would have given 0 stars. Please do not use this company absolutely fake and scammers. I can only imagine the few hood reviews are fake. Ordered a ps5 as a Christmas present it’s now the 5th January and nothing! Given a false Royal Mail reference number. Now trying to get a refund.

Paid for a ninja air fryer in full 6 weeks ago promised 3 delivery dates never arrived still trying to get my money back worst service ever

I've given 1 star as I had to provide something otherwise its 0. I'm sick of scammer companies. Luckily I used amex so have got my money back.

Another scam scumbag company!

Do not purchase! Money taken but items never sent. You receive a tracking number but Royal Mail never receives the goods. Luckily my bank refunded the money after I completed the a form for a good and services dispute.

I ordered a PlayStation backbone since 2 weeks ago. They estimated date for the order to be delivered was 28th December. I did not receive any order and it still states dispatched on the my order page.

This is so wrong. Is there a way one can get a refund.

Fantastic service bought 2 consoles in last few years. And my grandson xbox x for Xmas.thanks so much .made his Christmas special

Not very good at doing this sort of thing
But I have got to pass the message on
It's been so stressful
Bought the phone on the 23/11 it said delivery by 4/7 days
For a present
First of all they said couldn't do the 256gb memory even though they advertised it on black Friday deal
Which all other big retailers were doing but I went with them as it was £20 cheaper
But little did I realise it was not worth the myther
They then said it would be delivered within 10 days which was still ok with me
They sent a tracking number special next day delivery which was still not sent to Royalmail a week later
Every time I got in touch excuses excuses
I kept asking for a refund as by this time it was to late to give as a present but with no joy
so by now it was 28 days since placing the order
So I reported it to my barclays bank and within 4 hours my refund was collected
So thank you to barclays for stepping in
So like I said never never never again
It was not worth the hassle for £20
