Amazed by the ring and quality of service provided. Fast response time when emailed and always kept up to date.

I've loved they're designs and creativity for a really long time, recently they did a giveaway and I joined it. Never thought that I'd win EVER but it turned out I did and everything was the smoothest. From ring size info to shipping info, it went perfect. Honestly everything about the rings craft is beautiful. Honestly, I'm only going to buy from here my future rings. I looked for close to 3, 4 months for a ring and out of everything that I found, the only 2 designs I truly fell in love with were from this shop. I went with St. Ivy’s and had it customized just a tad; it was made in perfect timing, crafted perfectly, and came in a neat little package and box that comes with a brochure in how to take care of your ring; shipping must have only been 3, 4 days at the most. It’s my favorite piece of jewelry I own and I am looking forward to getting a matching band for it as well from this same shop!

In Melbourne visiting family, we dropped into the Sapphire shop on Toorak. We were blown away by the imaginative and unconventional jewellery designs, the range and combination of materials available and the high workpersonship.

Back in the UK we decided that a ruby ring was the best way to celebrate our 40th anniversary, but we wanted something a bit different. Remembering Sapphire, we found them online and went through the really simple online ordering process. Within a month DHL delivered the most beautiful ring, all taxes and duties paid.

Our involvement with Sapphire has been an excellent and painless experience all round - many thanks to them for helping us to mark a very special milestone in our lives.

I brought a ring for my wife to replace her first one as she lost it 😦. She wanted something that suited her personality this time around and when we came across Sapphire Studios we knew this was where we were going to get her ring from. They have a lot of really cool designs so it took her a while to decide, but in the end she was really happy with the ring she picked. Came in a really nice box with a certificate of authenticity. Ring looks awsome in person happy wife happy life!

10 year anniversary

My husband and I decided on Ava Fleur for our 10 year anniversary. I was originally looking at Lola but wasn't sure as Im in New Zealand and their store is located in Melbourne so I couldn't try it on. I asked their customer service team if I could get a few photos of the ring on a person's hand and was pleasantly surprised with how quick they responded with photos. After a bit of back and forward I went for Ava Fleur and I'm glad I did it looks beautiful! Can't thank these guys enough.

I wanted a really good skull ring for my wedding band but struggled to find anything in WA that looked any good.I started looking online and finally decided on sapphire studios Castiel Noir ring.I contacted their customer service as I wanted to make a few changes to the stones and they were great to deal with.Nothing was an issue. I received it quicker than expected so I was happy with that as well. The ring quality is fantastic!I can’t recommend them enough.

I made multiple orders for Sapphire Studio Designs and and the one that I got first is absolutely stunning. I ordered a lileve ring with an alexandrite stone and I absolutely adore it. The design of the ring is detailed and shows fantastic craftsmanship. The coffin cut is beautiful and unique (I say that because when I looked up coffin cut jewelry their’s is the best cut by far). Even my mom, who is not a fan of anything gothic, thought the cut/ring was lovely. Any emails I sent in regards to my order received a timely And polite response. Any jewelry lover looking to treat themselves OR Anyone looking for the perfect wedding/engagement ring should look into this company (Especially since they do custom designs)! It is a ring I will wear often and I look forward to my other orders!

I’ve been following Sapphire Designs for about 4 years now & have always dreamt of the day I’d get my ring from there.
When it came time to choosing, I knew EXACTLY where to go & what I wanted.

Since my engagement ring does not have a “partnered” ring to go with it. I messaged asking what ring would go best with it. I immediately got a reply from her telling me she’d send me photos of a few in the morning. I thought “i hope she doesn’t forget about me.” But NOPE. She did exactly that! She sent me a full list of photos & we messaged back & forth for a while, discussing what would work best.

If you wanna feel listened to & cared for. Get your ring from this beautiful company.

Purchased a ring for my partner and would recommend this business. Was a little wary at first purchasing jewellery online but the costs are much lower because they don’t have the overheads of a physical store. Appreciated being able to take my time and do all the research I needed without any salesperson trying to influence me.

Happy with the quality and responsiveness to my questions and the package arrived slightly earlier than promised.

Currently in transition to recieve the ring, was able to contact the company and recieved feedback.

Further updating the review after I receive the ring and finish my interactions with the company.

After getting in contact. Their only goal has been to pressure me into changing my review scores by saying to change my review so that they could send a ring I paid for already, refuse to refund although I felt the product description was misleading, and overall their transparency about possible changes was iffy and respect for me has been: you paid already and we have a no refund policy, so we only care about our review rating, not you, feeling.

Overall the ring looks good, but the interaction as a whole, I will never purchase from them again or recommend anyone to them.

Ordered the master sword Legend of Zelda engagement ring. Wasn’t sure if I could order it anymore since they changed the look, but they were happy to create it for me =)

My now husband ordered my coffin cut engagement ring from them and I ordered his coffin cut wedding band as well. The stone on his ring chipped after about 2 months of every day wear. When I contacted Sapphire Studios, they issued a quick response and asked that I ship it back. My husband just got it back today and it is as good as new. Great rings and awesome customer service!

This is my 3rd purchase!
Got the mrs sorted (she loves her skull ring) now purchased a mens skull ring. Customer service is always good and helpful with information . I changed the stones in the eyes.
The craftmanship and detail on the skulls is awesome. I have a few skulls rings from eleswhere but they are no where near the level of this. We both have admired their work for years and following them online.
Exactly as pictured perfect fit super happy!!!! Now to eye up my next purchase or visit the shop in Melbourne haha

So far not impressed we ordered two rings one was very nice but the one I ordered for myself started to wear of the black rhodium within the first hour of wear! Leaving my finger black for £298 I expected better. It does say on the website some wear will appear over time but not so quickly surely! I emailed customer support but had A very dismissive reply we love the design but for the money I was very much let down.

we were heartbroken when our ring arrived, the ring arrived unfinished and poor quality, the customer services didn’t help or acknowledge our concerns and they removed any honest fair reviews. Very disappointed and upset. After 3 weeks and no replies to my other half (who paid for it) offered a feeble solution still not taking into account our concerns.

Update: Almost 2 months later - still trying to discredit reviews.

2nd update: 3 years later and getting another update to my review.
The ring was the same in a different metal. We would have had to send the ring back to the full cost of postage and customs fees and for two potential more trips it would have almost been the whole cost of the ring. Pictures provided were inspected by other jewellers and on social media and everyone seemed to notice the flaws. Refund was offered again upon returning the ring to more fees of customs and postage. More than happy with my £30 ring now and have been for the last 3 years.
