Many thanks

There was a mistake regarding the address which was rectified immediately. The communication with customer service was great. My mother is really happy with the phone and can hear conversation much better now. Thank you.

Purchased the iLuv Smartshaker 3

Purchased the iLuv Smartshaker 3, already had the Smartshaker 2 which I Purchased from Sarabec Ltd some years ago. The 3 is easier to set the alarm and a better vibration. Being nearly profound deaf, Sarabec Ltd has some excellent products at very competitive prices and excellent after sales service
