After fitting my TV on the wall I had problems with the picture, when i checked the back of the TV i noticed it was sat on the Ariel cable therefore almost cutting through the wire which now needs to be replaced, when i called for some help they denied it was their fault and wasn't interested in sorting the problem even though initially they said they would come out and have a look, they never did, it was a fob off, i have been without a TV for over a month now, I had the same response as another customer had to Voice mails and messages left - none ! they just want the money and aren't interested when things go wrong

Company seems reluctant to rectify a Freeview installation that is now faulty, meaning that picture is pixelating etc. Company does not respond to voicemails (2 left on their system) and also did not contact me to arrange a date for visit when they said they would. Overall seem to get your money and then not interested if things go wrong. Suggest going elsewhere!!!!
