We absolutely love everything we've had from the Sauce Shop. Their honey sriracha, truffalo hot sauce, mayo and ketchup are all staples in our cupboard now! Well balanced, tasty sauces without all the nasties. Worth every penny!

Highly recommended, with a great choice of flavours, it's my go to brand for adding spice, life and energy to my home cooking...

Basically overpriced heinz. I could write more but its not worth it. The sauce has some zip but thats it. There are plenty of flavours but mediocrity wants quantity not quality.

Unbelievable sauces that actually taste nice with normal ingredients in them. Just have to be careful, because after not too long you find sauce shop products everywhere in your house!! 😋

Any issues I had are address really quick.

I had an issue with my order over Christmas 2025 - however, I have had contact from Oliver who was extremely helpful in resolving this matter. Great customer service!

I ordered their ‘festive hamper’ in the 7th December and on the order confirmation there was a note saying that due to high order numbers there would be a delay. I also received a separate email in the 9th with a similar message. I messaged on the 12th to see when it would be dispatched, and then chased on the 16th because I was moving house in the 19th! Thankfully Tom was helpful and intervened, ensuring my parcel was sent via a faster service so I received it in the nick of time before my move. Thanks Tom 😊

I bought the Festive Hamper for my Husband and son as they love a good condiment!! It arrived today and its absolutely stuffed full!! Great value! Can't wait to see their faces when they open it.

I ordered two boxes of sauce for Christmas presents, and received notice from dpd that they were awaiting my parcel at the end of November. When nothing had arrived by 15th December I wrote to Sauce shop customer service, and received a prompt and courteous response from Tom, who looked into it and found no trace of the consignment having been sent to dpd. He immediately repeated my order and I’m happy to say it has today arrived -23rd December, JUST in time for Christmas.

Amazing customer service!
Placed an order but didn’t read that Christmas delivery couldn’t be guaranteed. Emailed to say appreciate it’s Christmas but if there was anything that could be done I would be very grateful. Received an email within an hour to say my order had been bumped to 25 hour deliver and was dispatched that evening. My package was delivered today.
Can’t review the sauces as they are for a present, but am sure the recipient will enjoy them.

Don't buy from this company. They have massively overstretched themselves this Christmas with marketing and then can't fulfil orders. I placed my order and they took my money 10 days ago, and nothing has yet been dispatched and I'm not willing to wait any longer. No follow up comms to apologise for the delay or reassure that the item would arrive in time for Christmas, and after ringing customer services twice, the 'service' was pretty mediocre. Not really that apologetic or any reassurance the gifts would arrive in time. Needless to say I've cancelled and won't buy from this company again.

I ordered over a week ago and my order still hasn’t been dispatched. Customer service just said they were busy and it would be with me ‘soon’ - no sign of it yet. It’s a Christmas present so I really need it urgently!

Parcel arrived quickly. Reasonable price for the bundle. One item damaged. Contacted customer service who will send replacement . Hopefully will receive soon as it’s a Xmas gift.

I have scored a 4 rather than a 5 simply because I am a little disappointed that I won’t be receiving my hamper in time . I will say when I chased my order , the company were honest and explained due to the high numbers of orders they couldn’t guarantee delivery on time . Agreed to refund immediately and I cannot fault the service I received , just disappointed I won’t be gifting this hamper for Christmas .

I had not received an order and the problem was dealt with within 48hours of me raising the issue. Tom contacted me and was very helpful and just want to thank your team for being great!

Would absolutely recommend based on my experience and I wish you all a very merry Christmas indeed.
