I haven’t actually received my order yet because it was lost in the post. However, on contacting Sauce Shop they immediately looked into this for me and have now confirmed that a replacement order will be on its way to me shortly. Thank you to Oliver for dealing with this matter and keeping me updated at all times.

I ordered a bulk order of the golden coconut curry sauce (it’s amazing) with a few other bits added in.

I also love the pineapple habanero sauce it’s a delicious blend of sweet and spicy do I had a free of those and decided to try a free of the other cooking sauces. I’m not a huge lover of ready made sauce and much prefer to make my own from scratch but it’s nice to have tasty sauces in for busy days.

Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive, I had tracking and waited patiently for it to arrive but it never did. I contacted the sauce shop and they immediately apologise and sent the order again, unfortunately some of the bottles had smashed but I believe that was down to the delivery and not the shop. They were well packed but I’ve seen how they throw packages around.

I contacted them and they immediately sent me a replacement for everything that was broken. No issues or arguments.

The sauces are delicious. They don’t taste artificial unlike most sauces, the tomato ketchup is particularly delicious.

I also love that it’s a local family owned company.

I’ve been a sauce shop fan for years now and they keep getting better. I’ve loved watching them grow from a small craft brand into the mainstream brand they are now. Buffalo hot sauce is my favourite, but I’ve never had a bad sauce from them. I also trust the brand to not use junk ultra processed ingredients. Keep up the great work

It is very rare that you find something that is so good. It is even rarer that you find something so tasty with just natural ingredients. When I say tasty I mean exceptionally so, every sauce is of highest quality and all taste homemade. The understanding of flavours in this company are absolutely fantastic it is obvious that everything is made with a passion and love to produce a product that is A star

I’ve used sauce shop since it began. The fact that there are no nasty ingredients compared to other brands is appreciated and you can tell the difference. They taste amazing and are great for dipping or marinading. My favourite is Honey Sriracha. Delicious!

I love everything about Sauce Shop. Clean ingredients, no nasties EVER. The quality of their products and the flavours just exceed any expectations you could have. I became a fan years ago when I picked up a bottle of the ketchup that was on offer in my local Sainsbury’s and was completely blown away with how good it was and how different it tasted to any table sauce I’ve ever had. Their original hot sauce is a staple in our home too. Ranch Mayo and Chipotle Lime Aioli are just beyond incredible. Pam and James (the founders / owners) engage with customers online regularly and although the company has grown substantially over the years, they’ve stayed true to the core values that made them great and they continue to develop and release great products time and time again.

I’ve been buying Sauce Shop products since they first started out and they are amazing. There’s always something new in the pipeline and it’s great you can now buy them in most of the supermarkets. Love the Aldi special buys too!
Even though they have grown the business so much, James and Pam still add a personal touch and always respond to social media comments.

I've been buying from Sauce Shop for a while now and I am consistently impressed with the flavour and quality in each of their products. The hot sauces in particular are some of the best I've ever had, and I'm a big hot sauce guy. Love this place!

Really great tasting sauces on my 2nd bulk order. What has also impressed me, is that there was a slight issue with my order where two of the jars were damaged and within minutes of reporting it, they’ve sorted it and send out replacements.

Great product with a really good support team when I have needed to speak with them about my online orders.

Excellent sauces and super quick to respond every time - great service.

Order arrived damaged so Royal Mail postman said he was going to arrange for order to be returned to you, but I have heard nothing since and it's probably too long now since this happened.
Addendum - I have to credit Sauce Shop here as they contacted me after I posted this review and offered to resend my order along with a few extras to make up for this bad experience. I am very happy with the outcome.

There was a delay with manufacturing but the team kept us up to date. Really good quality sauces! Flavours are fantastic

I placed an order for a customised selection of preferred sauces and seasonings. The price is very reasonable. There was a delay in my order being processed, but the customer service team worked fast to resolve my query, and the order was received a couple of days later. The flavour and quality of the sauces and seasonings are excellent, and there is a great selection to choose from. I'll continue to buy from the Sauce Shop.

Really disappointed with the delivery and customer service in general. I ordered a bundle on a subscription for Father’s Day in plenty of time but in spite of chasing to check it would be here in time (and be reassured it would) sadly it didn’t arrive. I contacted after this and they advised that my parcel must have been lost and a replacement would be sent out along with some extra goodies as an apology. This then took a further 2 weeks to arrive and did not include anything extra. The products themselves are excellent and I would have continued the subscription but sadly the reliability has meant that I have cancelled and would be reluctant to order again.

We haven't had a sauce we didn't like yet, but the Honey Sriarcha and Chipotle Aioli are staples in our kitchen now. We recently had a delivery where unfortunately one bottle was damaged but the process of raising the issue was easy, we had a quick response and they quickly sent out a replacement. No complaints at all.

Sauces taste great. Order was missing an item but Oliver sorted it out immediately for me and the replacement arrived within a day of him responding! Great service

Bit of a story on this one. Placed an order for Father’s Day on June 3rd arrived June 8th wow what great service right…! I feel that was pretty organised and plenty of notice! Come Father’s Day package is opened to discover 5 of the sauces I ordered were missing…making me look a bit mean for Father’s Day but no worries after explaining and contacting customer services I was told I’d get the sauces I had ordered and an additional one as an apology. Which I gladly accepted and waited for the delivery to come… so a week or so later received a vague email about issues with distribution but no clarity if I was impacted or not. I thought I’ll wait it out they are going through a transition phase which is hard for any business.

It has taken many mails and 3 further ordering attempts later to get the missing products to my door… 1st order went missing, second order Amazon delivery damaged and had to return and finally order no 4 made it to my door almost 6 weeks after my original order.

Im sorry to say I am not sure I’ll ever use this company again and definitely cannot recommend them until they fully sort their distribution problems which is a shame. Good product, efficient customer service in terms of communication but distribution choices are just too poor to make this something I want to buy again.
