Amazing service from start to finish from Ian. From the moment I reached out by email, to arriving at the office, the service was exceptional. Having travelled down by train, they even picked us up from the station. Completely unexpected and its the small acts of kindess like this that go a long way. No hard hard sell, just great people to do business with. Could not recommend them more. Their service level is truly in a class of its own.

We’ve recently bought two vehicles from Savannah Cars, my husband’s more fun car and my family car. From start to finish, Scott and the team were fantastic. They’ve been so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We had searched high and low for the perfect family car as we were reluctant to let our last one go - but with a growing family, it was a must. We are supremely happy with our purchase. So much so, we’ve recommended Savannah and Scott to our family and friends- my parents have now bought their next vehicle from them too.

I found a wonderfully specked, immaculately clean and very low milage ST-3 Performance on Auto Trader, and booked a viewing straight away.

On arrival, I was greeted by Antonio, who was incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had. I took the car for a test drive and as expected, it was fantastic.

I sorted finance myself, and once all was sorted, I collected the vehicle just a couple of days after, and was even given a little thank you gift by Antonio!

I’ve always been nervous about buying from a dealer, as I’ve always worried I’ll be pressured, but I didn’t feel that way at all at Savanah! All the staff are friendly and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone in future!

The car market is saturated with dealers of all stripes claiming to offer the best of this and that.

Sites like Autotrader try and help the car buyer but nothing beats speaking to and perhaps meeting the car seller in person - After all people buy from people

I was lucky to be in the market for a Ford Mustang and having contacted a few dealers who had marques at the right price, they were flat, uninspiring, judgemental and unwilling to negotiate, so I simply walked away.

I was impressed when I initially spoke with Scott Maynard at Savannah. He was nothing like the above and it may have been the end of the financial year but he was willing to work out a deal.

So, based on his willingness to negotiate, the previous reviews and of course the right marque, I travelled the 190 miles by train to Southend.

I was met at the train station by Ian Cresswell who conveyed me to
Savannah Cars.

It goes without saying that I expected the Mustang to be right but as I said 'people buy cars from people' Ian was accommodating, helpful and friendly.

Other small things were added - full tank of fuel, private plates made up and a couple of bottles of fizz, not deal breakers but polishing touches.

Following a lengthy test drive, I bought the car and drove the 190 miles back home but now have an issue with the driver's window.

This is where Savannah excelled - Antonio was contacted at Savannah and said 'not a problem take it to a vat
registered dealership and we'll pick up the bill. Totally fuss free and willing to help.

So at the moment I have great praise for Savannah Cars, who continue the customer service EVEN after you've driven away.

If you've seen a car at Savannah that stacks up speak to one of the team, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
