Sales rep did all right. It was my first time setting up an electricity in a while and yes I understand it took over an hour but all my questions were legitimate especially when choosing providers and wanting to see of there were hidden fees and extra costs. So trying to clarify what's going on especially with a year contract that could cost alot of money I dont see why I can't get clarification on a bunch of things and take my time in making those decisions. Or want to wait to compare other prices.
