Savi.co.uk are traditional estate agents operating out of premises in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Whilst we still operate out of our premises in Hitchin, we have turned our attentions to developing technologies that will help local estate agents sell more of their property stock and change the way modern day estate agency is viewed. Property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla have influenced the marketing behaviour of many estate agents and whilst they have an important role to play, they should not be the only consideration for estate agents. There is of course newspaper advertising coupled with the fact that estate agents are typically located in prominent positions on the high street where the footfall is considered high however, it is impossible to measure this type of marketing and therefore impossible to measure its effectiveness. If the property portals, newspaper advertising, high street location and the for sale boards fail to produce a buyer for your property then what else can your estate agent do in order to stimulate interest in your property.
These are a brilliant betting company, staff are helpful caring & friendly. The app works great plenty options to pick from for casino and sports betting, all while keeping it fun & responsibly! Highly recommend
We had to put our family home on the market follwing the death of mum in September this year. Dad and mum sadly took out equity release and he was getting to the point that if he didnt sell it he never would. EPC was booked through Savi and I paid the £9.95 as requested on their email to secure the booking. We was told that the remaining £30 would have to be paid to the assessor on the day which dad did in cash. I then get my credit card statement through and see that Savi have charged me the £9.95 and then on the same day also charged me the full £39.95. These people do not reply to emails and the phone just rings and rings and I would say stay well clear of this company at all costs unless you want to risk having stuff added to your credit card without your authorisation.

The service was very easy to book online. The representative that attended turned up on time and was very friendly. I would recommend this business.
I would definitely recommend this service saved myself £30 doing it myself. Don't get ripped off by estate agents do it yourself.
My estate agent wanted £100plus vat(not payable). I had absolute first class service for .£40. Not happy with the agent at all.
Everything done was first class and happy to recommend up this company too anyone.
