they are quick to respond and they deliver a great service. So far so good, i just wish i joined them before, since i had problems with other providers and if i joined scalinfinity last year i would have generated much more money with ads!

I joined on February 4 of this month and requested a Facebook Ads ad account. They claim the account is unlimited, but it had a $600/day limit. I requested a refund on February 9, and as of today, February 21, they’ve been stalling and making excuses instead of sending my money back. I paid $544 for this crappy ad account and they won’t refund me—there’s always a new excuse to avoid issuing the refund.

This company used to be good, but now it’s turning into a scam. I won’t stop sharing my entire experience everywhere possible until they return my money. Since February 4 I haven’t used anything, and since February 9 I’ve been waiting for the refund—even though the contract states it should take 5 business days. Look, when a company doesn’t even honor its contractual commitments, you already know it’s completely terrible.

Scalfinity allowed me to run my Meta ADs smoothly without any troubles like bans, restrictions, etc. Good customer support and very polite. The best company i’ve worked with.

This is my experience:
Put into a Skype groupchat with Chinese facebook account managers. Their English was poor. They misunderstood my requests constantly.
Trying to get a new account, and move old funds to that account was a nightmare, they couldn't wrap their head around this simple task.
And then when I was done with their incompetency, I requested to withdraw the funds to my bank, and they kept delaying for months with excuses. "Our payments department is on holiday"
"I'll chase them up ask for an answer"
Lasted 4 months before Skype was shut down by Microsoft and never heard of them again.
IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR FUNDS AGAIN.
Total scam artists. Just use Agency-Aurora. I'm not even affiliated, they are an incredibly more useful agency in every way.

Their reply is totally false, they just twisted facts. They wouldn’t be having this review war if they provided a good service. STAY. AWAY.
