Beckham Beyond had been discontinued some years ago, yet was best shower gel ever.
Scent Outlet carry old stock of some of our favourite smells of yesteryear. It's brilliant.

Very pleased with the fragrance I bought from here and was a great saving
Damage to the cellophane wrap but the box etc was in perfect condition
Will definitely buy from here again

Excellent service

The initial order and pricing was good, unfortunately one item was faulty, not just a damaged box, the scent would not pump /spray.

Initially I was hopeful the service would be good, I contacted them, was asked for a video so they could understand, then was sent a return label.

Then the issue started - the item was received according to the tracking, I was not contacted, after a few days I messaged, and have been back and forth asked when the return was received, asked for my order number , asked for which item was returned, over and over again, then I get a feedback , I report this issue not resolved, I get a similar question, What's the order number, when was it returned, delaying tactics, never being told if I'm expecting a replacement or a refund, it is still ongoing when the return was received by them 4 weeks ago.

Always Great Service and Products, will always try this site first to see if they have what I want

Delivery exceptional. I was expecting items to be quite battered but one item was perfect and the other only slightly worn.

Received the perfumes I ordered and happy with most. They weren't packaged very well and one bottle had come out of the packaging completely. The delivery company had attempted to put the bottle back in and tape up the cardboard packaging. The box for the perfume was damaged (which I expected) but the actual perfume was half empty. Contacted customer services who asked for photos, no response, sent photos again, no response. So, a bargain if you get a full bottle of perfume. Customer service very poor.

First order as a trial (to see how goods arrived for myself) and one of the items seemed faultless, wrapped in cellophane and no box damage. Maybe I was just lucky. Delivered promptly. Will order again in the future. Thank you.

Efficiency and price!The delivery was super quick!This is the second time I have used this firm.I am a happy customer!!

I ordered 4 scents , but only received 3. When I asked about the remaining perfume ,I was asked to send pictures of the perfumes, outer packaging and invoice. I had already disposed of the outer box, and one of the scents boxes, but showed photos of the 3 perfumes received and the invoice they had sent with it. It clearly showed only 3 scents had been packed. The company then asked for a copy of the order no . Which I only have descriptions which I copied and sent. I'm still waiting . The cost was only 3 pound , but its the principal . Lot of obstacles . And needless. Just send out the missing product , that's all I asked.

Everything was OK but still misguided boys tears missing, emailed 3 times now.

My order was fine until I received it with one item missing. Customer service asked for more information, that i provided. No response back from them.
