Thank you for your review, Una. We are sorry for any confusion regarding your order. The white plimsolls in sizes 4 and 5 were unfortunately out of stock and placed on backorder. As soon as we were made aware, they were removed from the website and a refund was issued straight away. An email was also sent to explain this and apologise for the inconvenience.

If I could rate 0 stars i would
I had an awful experience. If I could rate this 0 stars I really would. I ordered on the 16 of February and did not receive my item after drawing their attention several times I unwillingly asked for a refund my money of the 5 of March which they were quick to refund, showing how they were not prepared to deliver the item in the first place. I have been left with a waste of time by having look for this item again . I have missed the deadline for wearing it and i now wish i could get compensation for this utter waste of my time. Horrid experience. Fix up.

We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially with the timing, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. A full refund was issued as soon as it became clear the item would not arrive in time.

Thank you for your feedback, Tommy. Your order was placed using the free delivery option, which usually takes around 5 to 7 days. According to the courier tracking, the parcel was delivered within 6 days and left safely with a neighbour at number 56.
All pricing is clearly shown during the ordering process before checkout. If the item is needed sooner in the future, we do also offer a 3-day delivery service at checkout. If you have had any difficulty locating the parcel or need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

Had payed for early delivery, but the item was very late, no communication from this company,then item arrived if was a sweater not how school jumpers should be.

Poor customer support when something goes wrong, otherwise great items.
The items I have actually received from my order are great quality, as described and were delivered very quickly. However, an item was missing from my delivery. I waited a few days incase it had been dispatched separately but when it still didn't arrive I raised a query through School Wear United's What's App on 21/2/2026. They responded straight away and said this would be escalated to the support team but I heard nothing back. I messaged again on 27/2/2026 chasing and no response at all. I'm still waiting to hear. Not great when I have paid in full for the missing item.

Thank you for your review, David. We are sorry to hear about your concern. We have checked the tracking for your order and can confirm it was sent using Premium Express Delivery, which had an estimated delivery window of Friday 6 February to Saturday 7 February when the order was placed.
According to the courier tracking, the parcel was delivered on 7 February, which was within the stated delivery timeframe. If you have not been able to locate the parcel, please contact us at sales@schoolwearunited.com

Thank you for your review, Edith. We understand your frustration and apologise for the delay. As discussed when we spoke, the size 50 chest blazer is a special order size and is not part of our standard stock range. It has to be made to order.
We currently have confirmation that it is due to arrive with us by Wednesday and it will be dispatched to you immediately once it reaches our warehouse. When we spoke, we also offered the size 48 which was in stock, and you kindly confirmed you were happy to wait for the correct size.
We appreciate your patience and will ensure it is sent out as soon as it arrives.

Poor quality for the price…
Bought my son 5 pairs of school shorts and within the 2nd week of wearing them the hook from the hook and eye fastening at the top of the fly, has fallen off of 3 pairs!! Terrible quality and clearly a design flaw. Absolutely awful for shorts which were roughly £40 a pair!!!! I’ve had better longevity from cheap supermarket uniform, but sadly he’s outgrown their sizes.
