Awful customer service
Sat in all day for delivery which didn’t come..no update from Evri on delivery…went to schuh online and my order wasn’t in my account and had disappeared..contacted the schuh email address on the order confirmation email and it failed. Used live chat and it was useless just never went anywhere..schuh website offers what’s app but no number anywhere to be seen to use. Tried emailing the complaints email which is on their website and it failed and was returned!! They are impossible to get in touch with. So if u get ur order or shop in a store it’s fine but any issue and they don’t want to know as u just can’t get in touch AT ALL with them. I would never use Schuh again as there as so many other online shoe shops which deserve my business more, as schuh obviously don’t value their customers.
These are not cheap and are absolute rubbish

Excellent service all round.
Schuh have a one shoe policy. My right foot is size 9.5 and my left is size 7. I went to my nearest Schuh store in Blackburn. I chose the style of shoe I liked. The store had one size in stock but not the other size. The sales assistant ordered me the size that was not in stock. The delivery was free and arrived two days later. The service Olivia the sales assistant gave me was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble even though I tried on various shoes and sizes. Although I purchased two different sizes I only paid for one pair of shoes.

Not responding to my emails. They owe me £77 for a return of 3 pairs of shoes. For some reason they have only refunded me in part without any explanation.

Refund refused after lawful return – very disappointing experience.
I returned a pair of walking shoes purchased online after briefly trying them on to assess fit and comfort. I am walking 100 miles for charity and need to ensure they are right. I realised I needed a larger size and ordered the correct size the same day.
Schuh have refused to refund the returned pair, claiming there are “signs of wear”. However, the shoes were only tried on for a few minutes and their own inspection photo does not show meaningful wear to the soles.
As a result, I have effectively been charged £89.99 twice for one pair of shoes. I have raised the matter with customer services and referenced my rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, but the refund has still been refused.
This has been a very frustrating experience and I hope Schuh will review the situation and resolve it appropriately.

Scammers
Complete scammers, sent the wrong shoes, not only different colour, but a complete different design. The customer service were closed when parcel delivered, so went through PayPal to raise a dispute. They responded after 10 days or so on PayPal to say they need to speak to me, err what’s wrong with talking to me over PayPal. So 3 weeks gone they said I can send the shoes back for a full refund, but I’m to pay for the return shipping. So they send the wrong shoes and expect me to pay for returning them. Under the consumer act 2015, it’s your responsibility to pay for returns as it’s your fault for sending wrong item. Looks like things will escalate…

I had the most nicest guy who served me in the shop..he explained about the shoes and what to wear with them...didn't have one problem and I give them full stars and I will buy more shoes from them

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. After waiting in four days for delivery I have established my address was not correct on parcel hence delivery never turned up. I was blaming delivery company but the error is at the source Schuh. After internet chat today with them delivery due today is now been put forward AGAIN till tomorrow. I have medical appointments I can’t wait in day after day and they say they need a signature. Absolutely sickened with this awful service won’t buy from Schuh again don’t know if I will ever get this order started on 16 Th now scheduled for 20 Th

Shocking organisation with terrible customer service
Shocking organisation with the worst customer service. Sent item back 5 weeks ago and still no refund. They will reply to this review asking for my order number as if they are there to help, but trust me, I have messaged them 20 times trying to get my refund and nothing. Should be shut down as a business due to failing trading standards policies.

It was clear that despite the price tag, these were extremely poor quality/cheaply made shoes. I wrote a review stating as much, and Schuh never published it. I guess they didn't want to affect the 5* rating the shoes had.

Returned boots via Schuh’s official Evri ParcelShop. I have proof of drop-off and tracking confirmation, yet Schuh refused a refund saying the item “was not returned correctly”.
Once a parcel is accepted by their courier, liability doesn’t sit with the customer. Extremely disappointing customer service and zero accountability. I’d think twice before ordering if you ever need to return anything.

No support for customers
Terrible experience with Schuh following non-delivery of a pair of trainers I ordered. Then they relied on Evri (already negative points for using such a low quality courier for premium products?) who supplied false info. Then Schuh accused me of lying, forcing me to take it to my bank who will uphold the case. Honestly pathetic that they make me go to that lengths though. Just 0 support for honest and genuine customers. Would never recommend Schuh and wish I had read these reviews first. AVOID AVOID AVOID! No matter how many complaints cycles you go through with Schuh they will not listen and they do not care.

Schuh sent me one shoe!
A recognisable retailer and I expected a trouble free experience. However when my order arrived I opened the rather light feeling box to find that I had only been sent one trainer! Surely this is the most basic of checks? After the inconvenience of trawling through customer service bots and online chat I was eventually sent a replacement pair on condition I returned the single shoe. The website appears to show a £3.99 charge for returns which given the circumstances I wasn't prepared to pay. After some back and forth via email I was able to print a free returns label and sent the shoe back. About a week later I received another email stating the shoe hadn't been returned and threatening me with debt recovery. I sent them a photo proving postage and so hopefully this is the end of the matter. Incidentally I have since purchased other shoes online from elsewhere and they included information stating the order had been checked prior to posting and who carried out the check, a basic concept that Schuh might use in future? Certainly won't be buying from them again.

I’d give 0 star rating if I could. Returned an online order to my local store on 9th January to avoid the £3.99 they now charge to return by post. I’ve still not received the money. Paypal say it’s ‘pending’ meaning it hasn’t cleared their bank account. Schuh say it’s paid so there’s nothing they can do which isn’t helpful at all. We’re on day 18 now and still no sign of my money

I bought a pair of Converse in the Schuh shop on the 200 Oxford Street. I've been served by Matthew ! He was the sweetest, the kindest, the loveliest soul ! I've never been served and helped that way ! I'm French and I am now sure that I'll only do my shopping in London from now on ! Thank you a hundred times Matthew!
