Splits, curdles, does not thicken

Product is poor, especially Vanilla, whether shaken by hand or put through a blender… it splits or curdles… it stays thin, does not thicken. Have shaken and agitated the mix a few times now and same result. Used to be a good product but this is foul.

I know we have been in contact and I can confirm that this was caused due to an incomplete address.

Since you have re-confirmed the replacement order has been dispatched yesterday and after looking at the tracking, is due to be delivered today.

Great service.

Great range of products and easy to find what I needed. easy to order and delivered on time. Always great quality products and reasonably priced.

Good products, delayed order

The products are very good, but I was disappointed that there was a delay in delivery due to stock taking. I chased my order via email and was notified in response. I'd have felt happier knowing this during the initial ordering process, so I wasn't concerned about my missing order.

Better than expected

Better than expected. Initially found the taste a bit strong but I add more liquid and it's better. Does what it says it will and i like the fact that it's a well balanced mix of nutrients.
