About GO Hydro + CaffeineGO Hydro + Caffeine is designed to ensure you are effectively hydrated to produce your best performance. As an effervescent tablet that readily dissolves in plain water, it represents a highly practical approach (simply drop one tablet in your 500 ml water bottle) without the calories to meet your sodium requirements at a specific concentration (30mmol/L).The addition of 75mg of caffeine has been repeatedly shown by sport scientists to improve performance by providing both a physical and mental boost.

Two tabs in an 800ml bottle are great on a hot day.
Wanted the caffeine free version. Everything on the website suggested that they were apart from a tiny amount of small print that you’d have to know was there to find. A straight up refusal to exchange them to boot!
My go to drink on the bike, great taste and does the job
Excellent product
Great product.
Works but not a fan of this flavour
Amazing - Thanks
Still not got yet
On the website it didn't say had caffeine in. Otherwise quite good.
These are great and surprisingly very tasty and refreshing

Very good
Good taste and strong support of the ingredients when cycling around recently.
Does what it says on the package.
Not the best taste
Product has caffeine which I didn’t notice at time of purchase. I’ll be more careful next time as I can’t take caffeine. Y husband I using instead so no loss there..
Reasonable flavour with a caffeine boost
Good product
Favourite sports drink!
