We had an amazing curated luxury experience through Northern Spain and Bordeaux, replete with Michelin star restaurants, expert tours, vineyard experiences, and cooking classes. It was fabulous. They identified just the right hotels and guides and the transportation was flawless. I have very high travel standards and they met them with ease. The itinerary was flawless and Livia was so easy to work with. We will be going back to Scott Dunn!

Very knowledgeable staff, all arrangements on a multi-leg trip worked as planned, including a relatively last minute change of scheduling on a couple of days. This is the 4th trip we have done with Scott Dunn and all have been as good as we hoped they would be. Strong recommend.

Terrible experience when trying to get quote for honeymoon to China. Received frantic call from travel agent asking why I was getting quotes from other travel agencies in accusatory tone. I’m sorry but this is our honeymoon/trip of a lifetime/extremely expensive so why would we not get several quotes before deciding? Was told by the same agent that S&D do not have their own in-house experts and use third party providers, another reason not to use them. Once I had received the quote I was subsequently harassed with multiple emails and calls despite already responding to say we needed time to think. Then received a further 2 emails titled ‘Shall I close this case’ from same agent, even though it had only been a few days since the quote was issued. Terrible customer service and doesn’t compare to other companies who were absolutely professional, allowed us time and had loads of travel tips and advice. Needless to say we decided not to use S&D.

Service was great throughout planning. prompt response and easy to coordinate. actual experience came with a surprise fruit basket and everything went smoothly.

From start to finish Scott Dunn organised our safari seamlessly. Experienced staff who have been to these places know exactly where is best suited to you.

We booked a family holiday to Riva del Garda in Italy with Scott Dunn. Our rep did a great job at listening to our varied list of requirements, and coming up with the perfect location and hotel. We felt supported through the whole holiday experience and will definitely use Scott Dunn again.

Really helpful easy booking process and competitive price for the hotel I had chosen. My young twins didn't want to go to the kids club but came away loving it and the friendly staff kept us updated so we could enjoy our holiday. Thanks for the fab rucksacks!

We went to Malawi in April/May organised by Bjorn. Had a fantastic time despite one of our original lodges being flooded so we were moved to a different lodge which was fantastic. All very stress free. This was our third safari and this was the best country for game viewing and such good value. We finished at Lake Malawi which was a relaxing end to an amazing holiday.

If you want a unique, authentic, and flawless trip, I would give Scott Dunn my highest recommendation. We had a wonderful 8-day honeymoon in Morocco courtesy of the Scott Dunn team! The trip was truly one-of-a-kind and we can't wait to use them for another experience. With Scott Dunn, if you have an idea, they can likely make it a reality.

The biggest strengths of Scott Dunn are making an international trip truly unique and 'frictionless' while providing unparalleled customer service. I could do as much (or as little) research into the trip as I wanted, knowing that the Scott Dunn team took all of my preferences into account when booking hotels and experiences. They recommended activities given our wishes (i.e. food tours and cooking classes because we love to try new foods, hot air balloon and sidecar tour of the medina because we like adventure, etc.). They recommended and booked hotels within our budget, which were accommodating, often providing complimentary upgrades because of our honeymoon status.

At every point of the trip, we felt taken care of with the support to make any possibility a reality. For example, if we needed help picking a restaurant for dinner and making a reservation, our local guide recommended a place, made the reservation, and our driver took us there and back. If we wanted to take more time to explore a place independently, we could. Everything was flawless.

From beginning to end this our Botswana trip exceeded our expectations .
Matt from Scott Dunn was knowledgeable and patient when adapting plans to fit our tight schedule , the result being perfect . MMA Dinare was amazing with amazing game drives and so so friendly guides and staff . The Sitatunga and Duba Plains accommodation and staff blew out expectations out of the water - thank you so much to all .
