This is a very un-trustworthy agency: they will knowingly or unknowingly rip you off
This is a very un-trustworthy agency. We had circa £3k on account with them from a ‘pandemic’ cancelled trip in 2020 that they would not refund and would only allow us to use the funds for a booking through them.

We ultimately booked a hotel in Porto with the funds. The hotel rooms cost around £2200 (2rooms @£280/night for 4-nights) on every online website (incl. the hotels). As a captive customer SD tried to charge of £4K and tried to justify this by including transfers at over £100 each way and breakfast.

After numerous emails / complaints they matched the prices and we had to exclude transfers and breakfast.

We arranged transfers with the hotel at around £25 each way to the airport and paid for breakfast directly at the hourly at approx. £17 each.

Had we not check this booking thoroughly SD would have happily either knowingly ripped us off or unknowing allow us to pay extortionate prices - either way we will not trust this agency again.

Chiawa Camp was outstanding - Truly Top notch. Volcanoes lodge in Bwindi mind blowing experience's trekking to Gorillas. Kaya Mawa in Malawi was beyond expectations.

My wife and I booked our honeymoon to Peru with Scott Dunn Travel. One employee in particular, Renata Da Silva, meticulously planned our trip and ensured that everything went off without a hitch. Everyone who works for the company exhibited exceptional professionalism and care during the planning process. The lodging suggestions were incredible, and we were guided through Peru so nicely by Scott Dunn. On those scores alone, we would recommend Scott Dunn to anyone, for any travel need. But Scott Dunn went above and beyond, at every turn, to make sure that our honeymoon felt truly special to us. They communicated with every hotel we stayed at to leave a special note/treat. We could not be more grateful for the attention to small details that Scott Dunn Travel seemed to care so much about. Travel with them!

Great attention to individual plans and great locations

Great hotel. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Very knowledgeable agent, Jon, helped us plan a great holiday. Well planned holiday with lots of information about potential restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. The guides and driver were excellent. We were just able to enjoy the trip knowing we were in safe hands.

From beginning to end our travel agent was great. He listened to what we wanted, gave us good ideas and made sure we had all the information we needed to have a great trip.

Great advice and sound planning meant out trip to Borneo was exactly what we wanted.

This is the second trip I have booked with Scott Dunn and Matt Gammon organised an excellent trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar for us. Everything worked extremely well and the guides and drivers were very professional. I am looking forward to booking the next trip with them.

Every single detail was taken care of down to timing of our drivers and thoughtful/ educated tour guides. We left everything including restaurant choices, excursions up to our travel support specialist and everything was spot on. She nailed exactly what we were looking for on our trip to Spain and Portugal

Fabulous trip to Kenya and Zanzibar. Two safari camps were out of this world. The game viewing was outstanding. Both camps were very bespoke and allowed us the authentic family experience we desired with all of the added luxuries too. Food was fabulous. Zanzibar was both exotic and relaxing. A perfect family holiday organised by Scott Dunn. Everything that we hoped for and more

We had a wonderful experience with Scott Dunn, the Travel consultant in London Serena, was wonderful and worked closely with me to make sure we had the perfect holiday - a combination of daily activities for my teenage daughter and utter luxury relaxation for me. During the holiday, the representative Katja was fabulous and helped us out with so many small details making our stay so special. My daughter really enjoyed the activities too and the Crew leader Oli had a great bond with the young participants and encouraged and supported them throughout the week. We especially appreciated the fact that we knew we were being looked after as it was a first holiday abroad for the two of us together and I was extremely anxious - I needn't have worried - Scott Dunn were there for us every step of the way.

Fantastic camp my daughter spent two weeks at Pine Cliffs and loved it. Staff excellent, very professional and safety aware. Will definitely book again

We just returned from the most extraordinary multi-family African Adventure of a lifetime to Zambia, Malawi and Uganda. The whole experience from planning through the actual adventure was exemplary. I cannot wait to plan our next vacation, destination unknown but Scott Dunn will be making it happen. We love Meg Shepro and all of the choices we made to have the best experience possible.

Scott Dunn and our Matt our expert contact, took the time to understand all our requirements, including budget limitations and created a wonderful African adventure experience, from start to finish for our family. A trip we’ll remember. Just brilliant!

The level of service from first enquiry right through to when we returned from the holiday was better than anything we have previously experienced. I would add we had been a little sceptical about the fact that Scott Dunn had booked activities on our behalf in each of the locations we visited in Western Canada but this worked extremely well. Having an "anchor" activity booked for each location meant we had less to worry about and ensured we saw the best of each location.

I have used Scott for multiple vacations over the past several years including trips to India, Chile, Ecuador and the Galapagos and most, recently a bucket list trip to Antarctica and Patagonia. Every trip has been amazing with fantastic accommodations and seamless transfers. They listen to what your priorities are and customize everything as requested. No cookie cutter itineraries. Just authentic vacations with a touch of luxury. A particular shout out to Renata Da Silva who always goes above and beyond to ensure our holidays are perfect and hassle free. You won't regret using Scott Dunn for your next vacation!
