The tour was cancelled. The time for the cancellation was 10.20, the tour was set to start at 10.30. So I was at the meeting point when they sent an e-mail. Maybe a phonecall a bit earlier next time.

Sold a food tour package that indicated I would be getting a food tour but instead after the purchase told me that what I purchased was useless without purchasing another food package on top of the original purchase. Essentially sold us a package that we would not be able to use according to their own rules. Customer service is currently ignoring my requests for company information I would need to report this to the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection.

And seeing as I’m not allowed to reply to them below. They did everything they could to not give us a refund before we sent them irrefutable proof they were wrong and it was a scam.

Secret Food Tours came up with their usual high standard of tour and guide on our recent trip to Rome.
Massimiliano is a great character whose personality sits perfectly with this company and tour. We were treated to a veritable feast of high quality food and drink and learned a few things on the way, all conducted in a relaxed and jovial atmosphere.
I think the appreciation was reciprocal when Massimiliano learnt that we used to frequent the Rum Runner Club in Birmingham, home to his favourite band, Duran Duran.

The three-hour tour was perfectly paced, and by the end, we were completely satisfied—both with the amount of food and the overall experience. It felt like great value for the price, and we left with full stomachs and happy hearts. We highly recommend Carlo and this Mexico City tour to anyone looking to taste and truly experience the local flavor.

Loved our guide Robin. She took us to some amazing spots to learn about the history of Charleston and to enjoy some of its finest foods. The hush puppies and praline butter were worth it alone.

Our group of 3 adults had a fun afternoon on the French Quarter Food tour with our friendly tour guide, Crystin.
It was great meeting up with the other tour participants & visiting various food establishments to taste their specialties! Crystin kept us laughing & informed with info at each of our food stops. We were greeted enthusiastically and got to taste some delicious foods.
Crystin gave us local insights & food & libation recommendations that were awesome. Definitely recommend! Thank you Crystin for your friendly atmosphere & professional tour!

We had such a fantastic time on the Secret Food Tour in Florence with Marilisa! She was warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about the city and its food culture. Every stop was delicious and authentic, and we learned so much about Florentine traditions along the way. I left full, happy, and with a new appreciation for Florence. Interesting tour to learn about the history of San Francisco and taste the best on offer from the Chinese and Italian quarters. Pineapple buns (without pineapple) and Italian cannoli are almost as good as Zachary's spiel. Enjoy!

I thought Renee gave such good information and delicious choices on this food tour. I recommend Renee for her enthusiasm and knowledge. I enjoyed the food choices and the stories behind the buildings.
