Mai più!!!!
Da ottobre 2025 ho fatto un reso in quanto mi hanno mandato un paio di scarpe 3 numeri più grandi, non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso è ogni volta che li chiamo mi dicono che il reso è ancora in lavorazione e che ci vogliono un po di giorni.
Per me è un sito che distrugge in assoluto il nome di un marchio così importante .
Non consiglio a nessuno di acquistare da loro💣

Shocking experience! Sent a t shirt back in December before Christmas and they only received end of Jan. no contact, I need to contact them every time! Still no refund. They say it can take a month! Never ever will I use them again! Shocking service

Questa è la seconda volta che mi succede la stessa cosa con questa pagina.Nessuna risposta, nessun pacco, nessun rimborso, faremo delle indagini e dopo 90 giorni ti diremo dove si trova il pacco.Se hai consegnato il pacco, chi ha firmato?È un prodotto che costa 600 euro, non puoi lasciarlo lì invano.

Philipp Plein T Shirt löst sich von alleine auf, keine Reaktion von Secret Outlet mehr erst dachte ich es ist nur ein Loch und es gab einen Gutschein der auch nicht funktioniert,jetzt löst es sich komplett auf und es kommt keine Reaktion mehr vom Secret Outlet und das für 250,00 Euro.

Muy mal servicio post venta, pedí un cambio de talla y tras mas de 10 mails enviados sin contestar, no accedieron al cambio, no recomiendo esta web a nadie.

Finger weg! Defektes Kleid erhalten, habe es sofort reklamiert und zurück- gesandt, sodann nach Monaten wieder zurück erhalten, angeblich riecht es nach Parfum, dass Kleid kam mit Loosen Schützern (Schulterschützern) in einer Fön Verpackung mit Fön Katalog! Ich erstattete definitiv Anzeige bei der Polizei!

I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews, but I decided to buy a pair of sneakers anyway. Everything went perfectly! The order arrived on time, and the shoes are exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase!

Good discount but horrible customer service.

I ordered a jacket that was too big for me so I sent it back around January 30th and I'm still waiting for a refund, they don't respond to emails and when you call them they are unintelligible and they talk so fast you can't understand, terrible service but a big discount, you receive the product and that's it. Don't expect customer service because they don't do that.

Ich mag Plein Sport generell sehr, aber ich würde abraten hier zu bestellen. Ich hab einen defekten Artikel erhalten, ok das wäre ja noch kein Problem, aber dann wollte ich den Artikel gegen einen nicht defekten umtauschen. Nachdem ich auf beide E-mail bis dato (ca. vor 5 Wochen) keine Antwort bekommen habe, dachte ich ok, dann rufe ich den Kundendienst per tel. an nach mehreren Tagen etwa täglich 20 Anrufen habe endlich jemanden erreicht. Nach einem eher unfreundlichen Telefonat am nächsten Tag das Retouretikett erhalten und sofort den defekten Artikel retourniert. Ok Abschnitt aufbehalten und nach zwei Wochen noch immer kein Retourgeld am Konto!!!! Wieder angerufen wieder Tage versucht jemanden zu erreichen, endlich jemand am Telefon und hat sich meiner Retoure angenommen. Laut Telefonat sollte ich mein Geld in ein paar Tagen am Konto haben, bis heute nichts bekommen. Ich würde sehr davon abraten hier zu bestellen.

Ordered a Philipp Plein downjacket at their official outlet website “Secret Outlet”. Item arrived quite late (2 weeks delivery!) due to « a lot of orders”.

Biggest problem: item arrived with an alarm (anti-theft) tag still on it.

I have contacted the customer service by phone. Agent answered me: “there are 2 options, or you send it back and we remove it or you go to a random shop and ask if they can remove it…”

Philipp Plein’s official outlet store did not want to give us any commercial gesture or help.

Jeder der vor hat in diesem Shop zu bestellen, kann ich wirklich nur eindringlich warnen, es nicht zu tun. Die bestellte Ware kam pünktlich und ordentlich verpackt. Auch die Qualität der Jacken war gut. Wir hatten 2 verschiedene Modelle in den Größen L und XL bestellt. Also war klar, dass es zur Retoure kommen muss. Erst dauerte es ewig bis wir das Retourenlabel bekamen. Die Rücksendung wird einfach nicht bearbeitet, das Geld aber in voller Höhe abgebucht. Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch, leider ist auch Paypal keine Hilfe. Haben die Lastschrift zurück gebucht und warten ab, was nun passiert. Nie wieder bestellen wir dort. Potentielle Kunden sollten es auch nicht tun.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift in mid-December, but when they arrived, they were nearly two sizes too big. Nowhere on the product page was it mentioned that these specific shoes run large. I contacted customer service to request an exchange and was told I needed to return the shoes, wait for a refund, and then reorder them – an unnecessarily long and complicated process.

They sent me a return slip and advised me to arrange a UPS pickup the following day. I packed up the shoes, and UPS collected the package. According to the tracking number, the shoes were delivered back to the warehouse in early January. However, I never received any communication or updates from Secret Outlet about my return.

After waiting, I reached out to them myself to get an update. It took them a week to respond, and when they did, I was told my package was "held by customs" and that they hadn’t received it. How could that be possible when the tracking information clearly shows the package was delivered and cleared? I responded immediately, but now I’m on day four without a reply.

For a so-called luxury brand, this has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. Their staff can’t even manage to answer emails promptly. I’ve now opened a PayPal dispute, which they’ve also failed to respond to.

Honestly, saving a little money isn’t worth this much hassle. Avoid shopping here – DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Impossible d’obtenir le remboursement
L’achat et la livraison c’est bien passée,
rien à dire, livraison rapide.
Malheureusement je me suis trompé de taille,
Secret Outlet m’a donc envoyé un bon de retour. J’ai suivi la livraison de retour par colis privé jusqu’à ce qu’ils récupèrent le colis.
Mais depuis aucun remboursement et aucune réponse à mes mails ni sur leur boîte suport@secretoutlet ni sur le formulaire de contact. Vu le prix de l’article et le prestige de la marque, c’est une grande déception.

Order Plein sneakers 5/12 and still havent recive it! After many many calls without answer i reach customer service, and they told me it run out of stock in the same moment i ordered!!! They say Refund is coming to my card! This was around 18/12 now its 9/1 and i still havent recive my money back!!! And its impossible to reach them again, i Will start a Claim against them in the swizz court!

I'm having some problems with secret outlet I ordered a pair of trainees that are too small that they said they run big they're don't the trainees are beautiful but the too small I'm trying to contact them to ask him to send me returns level but nothing have rang them and the phone cuts off a camera understand this how people can do this to people so I will be going to trading standards and raising a claim with them in my advice I would not use them and use plein.com or Plein sport I only wish I looked at this review page now about this website again I had no problem getting the item I wanted but there run too small not big enough for me I ordered a size seven because they said they run big but they don't so I'm stuck with a pair of trainees maybe I will have to advertise them to sell them on line if I don't get any joy over the next few days

I ordered the Sneakers from this website on the 16th November 2024 and wrote emails even contacted them before, they are taking me from pillar to post and now, they are not responding to my emails and not answering my calls. Its a SCAM!!! please, do not buy on this website. I already lost my money

Eppure hanno un numero svizzero e sede a Lugano, ma di svizzero sembra esserci ben poco.
