I've used Secursus several times for insuring valuable items being sent internationally and have always found the process very straight forward. I recently had to make a claim after the courier company I used completely damaged some of the items before even leaving the UK!
I'm so impressed with the level of service Secursus provide and the quick response to any queries I had. Once all the relevant paperwork was submitted, my claim was processed and paid out.
I would definitely recommend reading and following all the instructions for sending a parcel, as well the requirements/paperwork that would be needed should you have to make a claim.

It was a bit of a long process,partly because of ups who lost my parcel took so long to verify this.But in the end Secursus did pay for the insured package so I would use them again .You have to make sure you have all the relevant proof and clear photos to prove your claim

A guitar was damaged in transit to a customer. After providing all the details and photos required the money was received. Straightforward process and paid out without issue. Highly recommended and an overall an excellent service.

I had a complicated shipment from Japan to Spain. Had a few questions and got my reply by email very quickly. The website is super easy to use. It gave me piece of mind for a valuable item. Thanks!

Brilliant company. I use them when sending cash registers costing around £500 and can insure with these guys for a fraction of the Parcelforce charge. Website is straight forward and has no hidden pitfalls. We all like to be sure we bought the right cover , this is the place. Highly recommended

We are a small company and decided to start insuring our larger bulk orders after a couple of freeze dried fruit boxes went missing in transit.
It's very quick and easy to set up the insurance each time, and I've now had the experience of having to put a claim in for another missing box. The document uploading process is quite straight forward and they paid out quickly for the difference (I managed to claim a little back from the delivery company). Will be continuing to insure our parcels with them.

Been using Secursus regularly for the past 2-3 years to insure watches I ship. The process to insure is made very quick and easy. So far I did not require them to cover a loss yet so can not speak to that at this time.

Safest and cheapest way to insure parcels forget the big boy charges superb.

Very easy to insure a package, literally in 2 minutes. At the same time is an affordable service. Fortunately i did not have to claim so far.

Ondanks dat er door mij sommige zaken niet conform de voorwaarden zijn gedaan toch de schade vergoed gekregen. Werd goed ondersteund tijdens de claim periode. Duidelijk aanwijzingen en zeer prettig contact. Nooit fijn om te moeten claimen maar wel geruststelling dat het allemaal wel in orde komt.
Had al eerder via Secursus pakketten verzekerd en zal dat in de toekomst zeker weer doen.

I have a small cabinet making business that makes glass fronted cabinets. As all of the couriers will not insure this type of item for delivery, I have being insuring my parcels with Secursus. I had a problem recently with a cabinet that was damaged in transit and Securus handled my claim. They are thorough and professional whilst being approachable and fair. I am using them again.
