Charged me for a purchase... never sent me a confirmation email, never delivered me my book, never responded to my questioning email. Complete scam.

The advertisement for the book I ordered, Separation of Church and Hate, was not described as an E-book. It did not say whether it was paperback, hard back, or whatever! So I naively assumed it was a paperback. My stupidity. But in my defense it should have read as an E-book in the description of the sale item. A false phone contact number is given. It is a sewage company. Ironic! Do not order from this company. It is not legit!!!

It’s a scam. Call your credit card and dispute the charge. I tried many times to get a refund from them because I Also bought what I thought was a paperback. It was Never delivered then they sent their email it’s a digital book but never sent a link to download either. SCAM.

I bought a book from the website. Nowhere on the page did it say it was a digital book. I asked for a refund and they have refused. Please do not shop there!

Ordered a book that I thought was going to be shipped to me because it asked me to enter shipping information, had no indication that it was not a physical book. Then 4 days later get an email to DOWNLOAD the ebook. No thanks. Tried to call them but it is "busy." Sent an email as well, just to document it. Their return policy is that there is no refunds on digital products. But it's not even listed that it is a digital product. What a scam. Going to dispute with credit card company. Do not order from them!!

I wish I could give -1 because the trash customer service. I ordered a book on 3/4 to be shipped to my son in California. I hadn't heard back from these people so called to see if the book had shipped. No answer on the phone but directed to send an email. Still no answer. Today I again called and emailed and still nothing. I then send a complaint through Pay Pal to have my money refunded. I will NEVER order from this place again.

Spent $10.90 on a book. Nowhere on order page did it say digital, pdf, download or the like. I am expecting my BOOK that I never received. These people are con artist. They rip people off for very small amounts knowing no one will sue. Can't get a real job I guess!?

Beyond Thankful for ALL YOU Reviewers!!!! I almost made a purchase and was thrilled to see the cost was $14.70-$30.50. I thought it was odd shipping was free, yet a huge plus. The book comes in hardcover and ebook, so I looked everywhere on their site to confirm it was hardcover and found nothing. Finally, I Googled ‘seedorock.com reviews’ and found all these awful reviews. What a shady company. They should absolutely disclose what format the material is in.

Read several reviews and wish I had read them before I ordered a book I did not receive and now they are telling me I purchased a pdf and can download at any point and now I cannot get into my account. They say my email is not on file.

Company advertises itself as a book seller with 30 day return policy. They then send you a pdf of the book and say it is nonreturnable. These people are thieves!

Avoid, avoid, do not use this company!

Fraudulent sale. Bought a book. Went to great lengths shopping to get a hardcover collector's copy. Never received bill of sale or any kind of order notification. Today, I get a curt email response to my query, indicating that what I bought was a digital copy. NO! I bought a hard cover item for a collection. They say it was always a digital copy and nothing more. That is a bold faced lie!

This is not a business but a scam, as attested to by the fact that the Better Business Bureau cannot accredit them due to the volume of complaints that they have received. My experience is the same as other reviewers here.

wish i saw these reviews sooner, they dont specify ANYWHWERE that it's an ebook, it asks for a shipping address and everything so you assume youre purchasing a book, they're scammers

Well, I just ordered a book and like the rest of them. It was a PDF instead, and you don't specify that! just wrong!!! Should be called seedobook digital books ONLY!!!
I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST MY BAD!!

I also ordered a book thinking that I was going to get a tangible item. Nowhere on the website it is indicated that you are ordering a digital book.
I placed the order and when I realized it was a digital book; I tried to cancel it. They do not respond to your inquiries and they just ignore your inquiries.
Call your bank (good luck with that) and /or file a complaint with the BBB (better business bureau) maybe you'll get a refund.

Nowhere on the website does it tell you that all the books they sell are electronic. When I complained, I got neither a refund nor an apology.

Shady. I have nothing but a PayPal charge on my bank account to show that I even made a purchase with this business. I received no email, no text, no receipt - nothing as confirmation of the purchase I made. I called. I sent a message through their website. Still nothing. Ditto to the other disappointed, angry, saddened reviewers who are also having to deal with this shady company!

Fraud!!! Company is selling digital content only. The website does not state this. Will not refund. Fraud!!!

BEWARE. DON'T buy from this company.

Their books are ebooks that cannot be found after you close the link that opens them.

And, they don't give refunds.

They don't even deserve 1 Star.

The description shows a delivery truck to be delivered by 4/1/2024 nothing in description states it is an ebook…SCAM beware!!!
