Repeat customer. Products ordered have been good and as described.
Sadly recent order was a few days late on advised delivery via their poor courier Yodel. When I contacted customer service there was little help or assistance apart from due dates are only estimated and to wait wait wait.
Unfortunately that's let you down and it's a customer lost.

Excellent customer service from Dawn at Garden Creations. Original carrier that was used to send me my order muddled it up and left me with an order from another company for someone else miles away! After contacting Garden Creations they immediately sent me another package via a different courier and communication was excellent. Problem was not of their making but sorted immediately. Great customer service, so they’ll be seeing me again!

I was losing the will to live with Status company. They kept sending the wrong item. Finally I cancelled and turned to Selections. They sorted the problem immediately. An excellent business.

An order was placed and delivered on time; delighted with the item. Already nothing less than five stars. But then we were faced with an interesting and unexpected technical glitch, which was not only speedily resolved but also in a gold standard way. Outstanding. One purchase and a glitch has resulted in a life-long customer!

I received an incorrect item via Amazon and contacted the seller directly to rectify the issue. Their customer service was superb, swift resolution to the issue, with excellent communication both by phone and email. Dawn is a credit to the company and I am thrilled with the product received. Highly recommend this company.

I had issues with the delivery company and reverted to Garden Selections who immediately sorted things out and sent my order again with a different courier

The product -dog door hooks on slate plate was of good quality and we are very happy with it

My bird feeders were despatched very swiftly. However I the. Had cause to make contact as the delivery company suggested - via emails - that they could not deliver to me as my home was inaccessible. The support from Garden Selection was excellent. The feeders were eventually delivered. Garden Selection’s role was beyond praise. Excellent.

Can’t say anything much about the product reliability yet (window sill heated propagator) except that it fits the bill perfectly & heats up. Customer service has been excellent though.

Bird feeding station is of excellent quality and value. Already setup and birds feeding furiously. Would highly recommend purchasing from this company.
