I would like to put on record that Sarah Davies the Sales Progression Manager at Sell my home in the Leicester office was one of the best out there. She pushed and pushed when needed to speed up the process that the conveyers I was using seemed to be having problems. She was like a member of my family, pushing for my issues that were continually coming up, due to processes that were going wrong. Without Sarah this process would have failed, even with the stamp duty being extended , the good news was ( It did not actually effect me ) , I feel I would still be waiting to be moved and would have missed the dead line of NO STAMP DUTY, without Sarah and her team. Excellent Service and help.
A credit to the Estate Agent Industry without pale. Highly Recommended. 11 out of 10 at least.

We were selling our house in Chepstow and we chose our agent Rosalind Levy. She went extra mile and beyond to make things happen! She was always available to answer any questions and helped to sort out any problems very promptly with dedication and professionalism. Always updated us on a progress of our sale. We would not have received the same service from high-street estate agent. We are very happy and grateful to Rosalind Levy for looking after us and highly recommend her service.

We had a brilliant estate agent called Rosalind Levy, and she is an absolute wizard at her job. We were moving from Lydney, Glos to Caldicot Mon and it was a nightmare. We found our ideal house just as the pandemic struck, and a buyer for ours not long after, but our buyer had problems right from the start. There was land involved, and planning permission needed. But Ros found out all the information to track what was happening with it and kept us full informed, then at the last minute our buyers buyer pulled out and we thought that it was over, but no she managed to get it back on track, a new buyer was found and after telling their solicitors where everybody was it started to fly through. We saw our dream house on the 18.4.20 and moved in on the 26.4.21, and Ros was beside us every step of the way. If you need somebody to help and guide you she is definitely the right estate agent to have. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. She knows her job inside out and because she lives local as well she has all the contacts to help everything go smoothly. So if you are living in the Mon/Glos area, use Ros to get you moving.

Your salesman Gary Graham was excellent in helping with all related matters and everything went smooth. Gary kept us informed at every stage which fo a couple of pensioners was most helpful and appreciated

Absolutely over the moon with my experience. Rosalind levy gave a fantastic service! It was a tough job to get us all moved in the middle of a pandemic and beat the stamp duty holiday. This would not have happened if it wasn't for Ros stepping out of her boundaries to make sure it was delivered. Can't thank you enough 🥂

Nathan from Sell My Home was extremely helpful during my recent move. When other estate agents in my chain sat back and let the people at the top of the chain cause delay after delay, he was very proactive in calling and piling on the pressure required to actually get things moving. I'm really happy with the service I received from Sell my home. To start Nathan Hill sold my house swiftly, giving me lots of helpful advice. Then together with Sarah Davies I was kept informed of how the sale was progressing which I really appreciated as there were a few holdups! Very reasonably priced as well.

Have not got a bad word to say about this business. Firstly Sharon Gill helped us sell our property and then Sarah Davies supported us through the sale and completion. Both were absolute stars and I can’t put into words how much their hard work was appreciated! Absolute 10/10 girls!

A well managed process in what turned out to be a prolonged and complicated sale due to various legal issues. The agency were constantly in touch and available to ensure the sale process progressed and able to answer questions promptly.

A slightly lacklustre start with their selling team but after my offer was accepted and put in contact with SarahDavies of their sales progression dept. I honestly could not have been happier. Fantastic service and a lovely person, Sarah has been the most supportive and helpful part to the house buying process, even whilst under pressure from solicitors. Can not sing her praises high enough.

We sold our home in Chepstow through sellmyhome.co.uk and Rosalind Levy was our agent. She was fantastic from start to finish. We were in a really difficult chain and Ros could not have done any more for us. We'd recommend sellmyhome and highly recommend Ros.

Selling a house is a stressful experience for anybody who does not do it regularly and I can definitely say I do not do this regularly. It was my first time. So I made the same mistakes everybody does. I chose a big national estate agents who made big promises but as soon as the contract was signed these all fell to the way side. They showed my house to maybe two or three people and each time they did they set my home alarm off (despite my instructions with photos, on how to disarm) continuously. You may ask how I knew this, because my alarm sent me notifications about it. When I tried to ask them why they kept doing this all i got were excuses. Then of course COVID 19 reared its ugly head and lockdown after lockdown took place. This multinational (HAART) decided they’d done their job and that was it. Except i was in a 20 week contract with them, which i could not escape. Even if I signed with another estate agents I would still have to pay them if I sold my house within the time period of the contract. So I waited. I used the house as a place for people to self isolate if needed and waited out the time period. Then I called HAART (Aman Kaur) and told her I would no longer be requiring her services and signed on with another estate agents that had impressed me from the beginning. They may have been a smaller company then but they definitely had the work ethic I had been looking for. Within 24 hours of my informing Scott of my decision he had picked up the keys from HAART, and gone round to my house to take pictures, and by the afternoon my house was on rightmove. You ask me how I know all this happened so quick, because i got a notification when my alarm was disarmed! That’s right, despite not having photos etc he managed to disarm the alarm without disturbing the whole neighbourhood. They showed my house to plenty of viewers and each time I was informed before hand of times so that when the notification came up on my phone it would not be alarming. They got me an offer on my house, which may not have been quite what i was hoping for but given the recent downturn in the economy I was not going to turn down.
Their job did not end there. They helped with sorting out communication between my solicitors and the buyers. They did whatever they could to sort out miscommunications that my solicitor could not seem to manage. When my solicitor gave me less than two weeks notice of the completion date, it was the estate agents who explained why and also helped come up with ways of managing to do it. They helped figure out compromises with the buyers which my solicitor had not been prepared to negotiate. I moved my furniture out two weekends before completion as that was the only time I had off before starting a new job and so my estate agents helped out by visiting the house to take meter readings the day before completion. They emailed me when the funds had been exchanged and they had been given instructions to release the keys to say congratulations. They did what they could to reduce the stress involved in this whole experience and for that I would recommend them to anybody who was thinking of selling their home.
